lol, thanks man, i'm glad you like it, ...it's actually pretty gratifying now that i think about it 'cause it has been in constant operation, 24/7, since the day i built it, the only real flaw being the upper bulb, it was too close to the cuts and burned them, ...fortunately, there is more than enough reflected light in the cab for cuts to root by so no big whoop, lol.

Anyway, I rinse the roots off because if I just leave it and pot them up, they seem loose in the pots, also, i've been playing around with hydro so rinseing off the vermiculite is almost a must.

Sod all that mate, just get a 2x2 grow tent, assemble cfl lights, clone in propogator and that's that. I got 100% clone rate and I've been growing on nad off for years. I can't even saw a plank of wood straight yet alone build one of your cabinets lol

I use the clear plastic shoe boxes you can get at the dollar store also. I use another one set on top out of square as a dome and leave this on for 4-5 days. My water level for the first 5 days is just over the blue bottom and after that I pour the water out and add just a bit every other day, I also take the top off then. I usually don't feed until the 10th day and at that I use 1 tsp. of a flowering fert per gallon like BR-61 by Carl Pool. I have gotten 99% and often I get no damaged leaves. My lighting is usually a 23 watt CFL 6-8 inches above. I also trim the leaves back pretty good on my cuts. Typically I take some cuts, put them in a rocks glass almost full of water with a couple drops of Thrive and let them sit for 5-10 minutes. Then I trim the leaves back, dip in rooting powder that is Indole Butric 3 based. I put the stem in a premade hole and firm the vermiculite all around the stem. When I am done I take a dental syringe and squirt a bit of the water from the rocks glass around the stem to settle the vermiculite around it. The vermiculite was of course premoistened. Watch for fuzzy mold and treat with a mixture of 1 tsp of bleach in a gallon of water, sparingly. I do not spray my cuts at all if I can help it. I too got this idea from Burnt Rope. I was using a bubbler but wanted to get away from the noise.
