First it looked promising, but at the end bananas screwed it up.

Weird growth O_O
Nice calyxes, but nothing I would call Budz...
The smell was similar to the first one => stinky gasoline, sour afghani hashish paired with some vegetable fragrances...

Keeper pheno (anyway dismissed later)
not the best yielder, but had cool purple colors and a special fruity exotic candy smell.

In conclusion not something I´d call fucking incredible...

Deep Chunk ♂ X ♀ Fucking Incredible (purple pheno) F1

The vision was not only to merge the names into something funny , but also creating an extraordinary purple Indica.
Well I am not really satisfied with the result, but I had to follow this vision just to give it a try...
Both phenos produced some single male flowers at the nodes in the lower part of the plant when flowering has begun - later no bananas or such...
were taken after 62 days of flowering.



DC Pheno

The smell was kinda sour afghani deep chunk style.
Yield was just medium for an indica 29g.

Purple Pheno

I liked the color on this one. The smell was a quite even mixture of both parents with some chocolate afghani flavor.
Yield was 30g´s.

Uhm bananas I tolerate only to a certain level, which is a few single ones at the very end (1 week b4 harvest) of flowering. Also during time my criterias for keeping a plant kinda grows as well...

Hi Ananda,

So it´s "Deep fucking" I guess. Badass name for sure. And nice plants as usual.

So you have seen my - rather dilettante - pictures.
The Vendetta is very interesting indeed. In case you think it was made by the HB-user with the same name, you are wrong.
The strain is only named after him, cause he used to swear against the selfing some people were presenting at that time and against feminized seeds in general.

As you know, I´m a big fan of these genetics, but that´s probably because I have very limited space and can´t afford to seperate males from females. My plants go directly in the screen and because there is no way for me to make or get cuts I use feminized seeds. I never had herms or any other problems at all, honestly. I think some experts do better work at home than some of the professional breeders.

All of the genetics I use are homemade under semi-professional circumstances. Never paid for seeds. Same with the Vendetta. Castrup made it and was friendly enough to give some to me.

It has huge potential in my opinion, as you can see by the Blatt-Blüte-Verhältnis (wth is the English word for that?). In this run the conditions were rather poor, I had a few problems and only used a bit of soil that was left over.
But nevertheless the outcome was/is amazing: Good yield, a very strong sativa-high with a tiny decent taste of indica. Just as I like it.

Got 3 females from this one.

One was just a huge mostly Sativa, which could have flowered for more than 11 weeks, but I gotta cut it... I have only 1 photo here 2 present, coz I was pretty "pissed" with this plant - not my cup of coffee. However the yield was respectable 100g of fluffy stuff. The smell did remind me of Bubble Joe chewing gum...






The next 2 afghanish looked as twins, same deep chunky smell and were taken after 56days/60days with a medium yield of 32/35g´s.
First they grew really DC-style compact, but stretched later in flowering to medium sized to grow a good head...
The cured bud has a earthy hashy coffee fragrance - something for indica loverz...

Former Keeper pheno

Just because of the color it seemed 1st 2 me as a keeper, which turned out wrong later... The buds were kinda to sparsely distributed over the stick and the density wasn´t not as satisfying. The yield on this one was 48g...








Green/Purple pheno

In the 1st run this one grew green with only slight indication of purplin´... The yield was 63g this time, but I did not like the plant structure overall... To overhead...

Independent from each other my test smokaz helped me definitely 2 choose this 1...
It´s missing the deep purple colors on the whole plant, but the firmer plant structure and especially the smell make it a winner!
Got 60 gee´s this plant...

Only 1 female I had. Looks actually better on the pix than it was in real. Yield was shit - 17g. The smell had somewhat both parents in it, but was nothing special...
Because I made the cross b4 the final selection, it was crossed to the former keeper, so if I want to continue on this, I will mos def cross it next time to the definite Keeper...
