how can you just blame ryan dunn when the other guy willing got in the car knowing ryan had been drinking? they are both to blame. a good friend would have taken ryans keys at the bar. i'm not saying ryan dunn isn't to blame but THE OTHER GUY IS RESPONSIBLE FOR HIS OWN LIFE. He didn't have to get in the car with ryan dunn he could have taken a taxi. we are talking about adults here not children. Be responsible for yourself god dammit. Its not like he killed someone that was coming him from work or something, the person he killed was drinking with him and got in the car knowing the circumstances.

p.s. in 2006 a dear friend of mine i had know since i was a child died in a DUI accident on Easter Sunday. The driver lived and my friend passed away. I don't blame the driver for killing my friend. They had both been drinking and no one forced my friend into that car. He was an adult and he made that decision himself. I miss my friend everyday and was almost brought to tears again after reading this story, but ultimately my friend that died can blame no one but himself. Its sad to say.

im pretty sure his friends have seen him drink more then 6 drinks before and make it home fine. the crash probably had more to do with going over 100mph then alcohol.

wow,i didn't realize i was starting such a shitstorm with this thread.i just found the news that he was dead sad because the kid in me loves watching these guys do stupid crazy stuff for some reason.didn't give much thought to the drinking and driving thing at the time other than to think "wow,i would've thought he'd have died doing some dumb stunt,trampled by a bull,choking on a goldfish,not a car wreck".your views and feelings are yours but i hate to see all you guys arguing like this,i just wanted to let you guys know he had passed

Im still not convinced it's not a hoax.....that is to say I hope it is a hoax and I'm not a fan really, Ive seen the stuff had a few laughs but wouldnt really call my self a fan.I mean the details are sketchy at best.....The Margerias didnt really seem to broken up........When other famous people die by now we would have alot more details......google would be lighting up with stories of little jackass's holding candlelight viguals and the sort...If you think about it it's excatly the kind of prank they would pull....Heres to hoping its a prank........if not then a tragedy it is,he was very young perhaps foolish but who of us hasnt done dumb shit when we were young??
