Life Lesson #243.......pollen.

In March of 2010 I stopped growing but recently I started again. My last grow was breeding a beautiful Jack Herer female with a handsome White Rhino male. Breeding was a success but I forgot to clean up the flowering chamber after my last grown. That was mistake #1. Can you see where this is going?

So recently I started growing 12/12 from seed. I have 3 random bagseeds from a friend and they are doing great. [I have a grow thread going] So not cleaning up after my last grow I now have seed on 2 of the 3. It's my fault I know. Should have remembered to clean up last year. But I do have seeds from a White Rhino and bagseed. So maybe I'll name these seeds, White Baggies.

To all the new growers let this be a lesson, clean up after each grow.

Your room must be cold & dry for the pollen to have lasted that long, I usually just spray everything down with hydrogen peroxide & water after any pollen introduction so if possible just get everything wet next time it will instantly deactivate the pollen.

Don't look at this as a negative though because seeds are your friend! The smoke will actually be a bit stronger too most likely even if you have less of it. Most important, more seeds! :woohoo: :canabis:

That means more plants and your own cross that could potentially be epic! :plant grow:

pollen should not have lasted that long. it is only viable for a few days give or take.

Pollen can last a long time but it would have to be a very cool dry room, it could certainly last a year in the right dark dry cold room.

That sounds like a nice place for pollen to stay alive for awhile! :good:
