Those of you renting or have multiple rental grows and a record how do you get around those background and credit checks. Do you tell em you just went through a messy divorce/bankruptcy and have horrible credit but still can afford to rent the spot?
Double deposit + first & last months rent? I've been looking on craigslist and it seems that every renter (weather it be for a management company or private renter) they all have application fees.
I'm in the market for a grow rental, own my own house, have good credit, but have a felony for manufacture on my record. I would think no-one would want to rent to a grower for fear of damage. Fake ID? Any experiences with this?
