Do any of the Og Kushes have a good yield?

So as of right now I don't have any OG kushes in the stash and am looking to possibly change that. So do any of the Og Kushes yield good? Or if you have experience with a lot of them (there seems to be a ton of ogs these days) can you rank them in order of yield and potency? I need something that can yield, but still has that kushness. thanks

All the ogs yield good if you veg them for a little bit and top them two or three times.

I grow my OG KUSH in a vert grow and I killed it, but I could have done better if I had given them a little more Cal-Mag I think.

ive got a "black bubba kush" in my grow right now....i dont know how that relates to og kush, but its on track to be a huge yielder, and fast finisher...

it's black widow x bubba kush

OG gives decent yields indoors, it will never be a Sour Diesel or Snowcap, but expect 1-2 lbs per kw for sure... most OG's are pretty stretchy also so that helps.

Bushmaster....good veg....lots of topping....you can make any OG yield like a champ...just takes a lil bit more extra care and work..

Or just do 4-8 per squarefoot SOG right when the clones root....you'll get 2+ lbs per light all day

I had some black bubba before, and was a little disappointed. Regular ole' bubba kush is better.

Damn way too much BS info On these forums sometimes. I always thought it might do well in a SOG but there was another thread on Here that said it wouldn't so who knows? And saying it will yield 1-2 per Kw is a pretty general statement. I think most all strains fall into that category.

I usually just veg my SFV 3 weeks topping about 2x and maybe a supercrop right before 12/12. I usually Do 16-20 per 4x4. I train them through a trelllis net and let em go 10 weeks. Canna A and B in a recirculating system with MOAB the first 2 weeks of 12/12 AN big bud weeks 2-6 then MOAB weeks 6-8 and flush with water and AN overdrive wk 8-10. I'm usually happy to get just a little over 1LB per 1000w. I can run other strains but i can't risk switching anything up in my setup as moneys very tight and the market here In Cali is fierce.

Last time I switched up to a strain that my friend swore was the holy Grail I got nanners and bud that ended up sitting around for months. If there's any better info or a formula to kill it with this strain. I'd love to hear it. The way i see it is What you sacrifice in yield you can make up for with top notch product and getting a better ticket per unit. I can run blue dream all day and get 2 per 1k but then not even be able to get rid of it. With the OG it just seems like people will camp out for it like a pair of jordans. Good luck

Awesome guys! So most of the OGs yield good if tended to properly. The SFV cut packs a good yield hmmmm, what about the tahoe OG, any experience?

They ALL yield if grown right. I've never gotten a low yield from ANY og and i have damn near all of them

og needs a long veg time and lots of training and bending to yield on par with other strains. there has been so much hoopla about og and its yield with a lot of smartasses saying it yields like any other strain, the fact is you put og and blue dream side by side under exact same parameters, and you can clearly see og does not put out like any other strain and takes a lot of work to get good yields from. don't get me wrong you can yield well, it just takes a lot more veg time and resources to make it happen. most people that are growing it commercially right now are blasting it with phosphoload and every other bloom booster on the market and turning out complete junk...

I find some kushes really finicky to grow (Nute wise) and yields low when naturally aspirated. How long does it take one to A) Dial in the nute mix and B) Dial in the cropping methods to obtain triple AAA grade heavy yielding Kush? I doubt many commercial units are following that plan. Conceivably there could be but that's some serous work...

No disrespect intended to the Big Boy's

I can see this with small grows but for Triple AAA, its going to take some cycles......IMHO

How can u tell the katsu from pre 98 ? ...what are u guys yields with bubba ? ..kush doesnt yield unless u have a method ..the only ogk that yielded right out of the box was CHEM d or 91 ..the sativa leaning one ..even from seed ..but it doesnt taste as good to me as some others

hmmmm so maybe OG is a mid-level yielder, and Blue Dream is a heavy one?
