Yeah, if I didn't have a budget for that grow I probably would have used plywood instead. Home Depot is my hydro store, I swear you can't grow much cheaper than by building it yourself through them lol :D

Much appreciated guys :D

Canada, The tables use OSB for the bottoms, 2x6's for the sides, and 2x4's for the supports and legs. Then just line it with pond liner from Home Depot or wherever you can get it from and staple it to the top of the 2x6's. You can make any size you want length and width wise.

pond liner, What mil? if you recall

Is the heavy panda film heavy enough? Any experience/thoughts?

oh and,

Are the window fans at the ends of the reflector pushing in, pulling out or one of each
and how much space is between the end of the back of the reflector and that wall where the air inlet is

Not sure on the mil, you can buy it at home depot in a precut bag or by the foot in 1' x 10' sections. I wouldn't use panda film, it's too flimsy and will rip easily under the weight of the water in the corners of the reservoirs when filling.

One is pushing in, and one is pulling out. There is almost no space between the wall and the reflector, only a couple inches. I would have designed it differently but the air in and out were fixed.

This is a tunnel built by the originator of this design Keef Treeez. He used smaller reservoirs but I find the larger they are the less I have to mess with them hence the 600 gallon version for the last tunnel. :D

Thanks Scrogerman :D

Design is starting now so we'll see what I come up with :D

Also, I found a bunch of old pictures of an older tunnel and ealkthrough pics of how to draw out the reflector so i'll be adding that today or tomorrow :D

Cool. However carpet and particle board are the last two things I would ever have in a grow room. At least spring for some plywood and paint it next time.

Thank you so much for this thread!

You made me realize that reflectors are meant for use only in their natural habitat: greenhouses.

Awesome job. Thanks again!

Sweet dude.
I remember seeing keeftrees tunnels back on CW. Its funny I should see this thread of yours, as I was only thinking the other day, that Ive got a space which would lend itself to this perfectly because its already got the vaulted ceiling...
There are few things cooler in this world than opening a door, to reveal some Enterprise-esque contraption, containing a tabletop field full of fat buds.
