So you just change down from 18 hours to 12 hours after a few weks?. So in your opinion would i be better off using a 600w dual spectrum from scratch (a germinated seed in pot) over my 250w CFL blue/white light?
I use CFL's to root clones & to establish seedlings, once there strong & established(a week or 2) i get them under the HID, in your case 600w HPS(SE), i set my lamp high 4-5ft to let plants adjust & over the course of the week adjust the lamp down to the correct height(move up as plants grow). Some will argue that you can throw them straight under the big lamps, Yeah you can but its better for me this way & its what i advise, im not into blasting plants with HID's while plants are establishing themselves. stick with what you know, n go with the CFL to start off, less room for fking up imo, remember plants nutritional/water requirements will increase once you move them up to the HID lamp, this needs consideration. ill send you some links that may help!

nice 1 scrogerman. Im gonna post some pics of my set up once i figure out how to send em from my phone to my computer. Its like a really shit and basic version of the one used by the guy who started this thread. I was gonna sack it off and get a tent but the whole tent thing is a bit blatant and may blow my cover. Ideally i would like to keep it and just improve what ive got but not sure if its worth saving tbh

hello everyone
so here is the update ,i fixed finally all the little things on the closet and germinated the 3 seeds ,here is my expirience on the storage and germ the seeds
the best way to store seeds is in the fridge ,when u want to germ the seeds u take out of the fridge and leave outside on room temp for 24 hours ,than germ ;otherwise the seeds will take ages to germ
now the all 3 seeds germ and i put them in cups with soil ,few hours later 2 loose their seed cover and the last one is on the ground kinda lay lol
but tommorow should be fine
my lights run 24hours 20 watt daylight 1200 lumens ,the temp is 23°C humidity 70%,i try to keep the lights close as possible ,but because of the fan moving lamp i keep it a bit above
my pc fan is also running 24/7 ,i do it because i think is good to mix air in the chamber but not to blow ,my pc fan is 14cm ,and is a bit to strong i think
should i switch off pc fan?

hey all it was a while since last post but like u can imagine i smoked a lot
my shiva skunk girls do fine they grow ,they are now 1 month in grow phase
they are very bushy and many branches ,so i bend the leaves out of the way ,soon i will start bend them a bit i want side buds also big ,we see how it goes
on sunday the electric company cut my power in the house from 11PM till 5AM ,so the girls will loose some light ,my lights start at 6PM and stops is it at noon 12 PM is it a problem?
any advice pls

the girls are 39 days in veg ,the big bud girls grow quicker before ,but soon i put them in flowering ,i just wait till they are 40cm tall
also i started 3 big bud girls ,they are in veg chamber under 62watt cfl
5000lumens daylight ,i can see the difference they grow slowly not like under HID lamp ,here some pics ,also one is smaller than the other ones but wee se later how she do

but maybe its the strain like this
the girls are now 46 days old and 40cm tall around ,

i bought new cfl lamp 62 watt daylight and temp is ok around 26°C

just the high humidity in the air is problem because the carbon filter dont work proper in high humidity ,but i hope soon sun will come to full strength and heat everything up

yeah the stems are very thick ,like my thumb lol really impressive lol
the girls also need much more water nutes ,i water them every second day 1 liter for each ,the pots are 3 liters ,they dry very quick
i bought 1 more 3 liter airpot so in future i will have 4 girls inside the closet ,now i dont have space because of the fan that blow air around ,but i will take it out and put 2or 3 ,12cm pc fans inside around the walls so space for 1 more girl
also I bought 4, 1 liter airpots for the clones room ,the cfl work fine so far and little big bud girls grow ,like u can see one is very short ,its happens first time for me so i dont know why ,but she grow so i am relax ,i gave her a bit rootjuice and bioheaven ,just few drops and she like it ,but i water her with only water now
also i bought 32cm long cooltube ,so in future i can put it up and down ,i am very happy ,i just need to bring it from france

but look for urself ,the guy is really cool ,he own his company and build from home ,and i support all small businesses not big money makers assholes

what i did with shiva girls was i bend down all the big leaves before and main stem to the side not much but u see the result the side branches are on the same hight like the main stem ,like scrogg or something ,everyday we learn things and with help of the friend its all gona be alright
with preflower u mean the white hair on the stem?if thats what u mean yeah i have plenty of little hairs ,so its girls sure lol
i put them in flower in 2 days after 50 day veg
otherwise the girls were little bit droopy so i raise the nutes and magic the perky like hell ,u know i hate to overnute or overwater lol
now the EC 1.6 PH 6.8
the little ones need bigger pots so i transplant them today or tommorow in plastic bottles that i cut in half ,u cant imagine i cant find small pots here or they cost 8USD crazy fucks
i know the roots dont like light so i put black tape around the bottle and cut hole i hope glue from tape dont affect them ?
its getting really hot here 29°C but i am happy i have cooltube lol
yeah the electric longboardis a bit expencive but i need for to go to work ,its the best solution ,i imagine u have car like anybody in europe hahahahah here its too expencive and kinda useless too small country ,i can rent a car if i need to use it ,i miss my shiny merc too much

My buddy just tried 'Bendz' for the second time, his canopy was as even as a football pitch. He wasnt too impressed first time using the 'Bendz', but this time he has it all worked out, really nice job, using the 'Airpots' too he was, with the Cocos Canna, Canna Nutes & Canadian Express additives, i was so impressed i might give the Bendz a try myself. The trick to using those things is 'Timeing', once you put the bendz on, no more than 5 days, so branches set into shape, then you must get them off. a sort of hard LST, Bendz are little 90 degree angled plastic LST fittings, they create an invisible ScrOG effect. His canopy was perfectly spaced & he was able to remove any plant at any time, which is what appeals to me about the Bendz. I might just give them ago, soon i hope man! Ill put a link up at the bottom of this post bro. he gave me 20 to try out on my next run, but ill need more than that lol!
Good to hear your girls are flying well. & your sunny weather at 29C, very nice man, it was 23C here over the weekend which is well above average for the time of year, getting cooler now though, back to crappy British weather for a couple of months, it always rains here in summer too, alot.

i gave them very low nutes like EC 0.7 but one girls is getting yellow veins and edges ,no idea why maybe not enough nutes ,i water them only with water ,the soil is fresh so maybe they have what they need ,and i did mistake to nute them but see for urself *

The way the leaves are cupping id of said Mg, Where did it start on the plant(lower to middle?) thats usually a good indicator, Zinc crossed my mind. Id try a course of foliaring with epsom & wetting agent, if it keeps getting worse, id leach my soil through & resume normal feeding at a slightly higher EC?
What are you in-out(run-off) numbers?

yes the run off numbers man i will check tomorrow when feeding ,but i never gave them too much nutes anyway ,always scared to overfert hahahaha
yeah the flowering shiva girls looks good ,i like better than any other strain i try so far , i try 2 strains before lol
