outdoor/greenhouse grown, machine trimmed, other than that its speculation. I know for a fact its not green crack though.....

I just saw something similar last week that also came west to east. Had the same tight machined look. It was said to be Urkle, but I don't think it was. Yours seems more purple too. Looks good whatever it is.

I am willing to put money on the fact that it is some outdoor Granddaddy Purple. Probably grown in a more open area with lots of sun.

looks like gdp or a mango cut my buddy runs.

does it smell grapey with a little skunk musk, or sweet incensey with a little pepper?

it looks alot like the gdp that comes around here, the lower buds normally look like that less purple then the tops and nice ball shaped.

it's GDP, or some Purple Erkle pheno, or Lavender or God's Gift

if you could give us details on the smells, taste, & effect maybe we can narrow it down ;)

this is a pretty pointless thread, anybody who tries to claim that they know what strain you have with any certainty simply by looking at a photo is full of shit, period

i beg to differ... just because you do not know your strains does not mean others do not know their strains... this is 2011, the internet has been available to the public since 1992 - that adds up to about 19 years in which man has been able to document their different types of weed.... if we were living in pre-internet times, i would have had to agree with your post... :comfort:

it smells grapey, and does have a bit of a skunk musk... you are right on with that description...

i am horrible with describing my senses, but i would have to agree on that one....

the potency is outrageous... and it was not just myself who said the same thing.... i did not have to even brag of the potency to hear back that it is some of THE MOST "POT-ent, POTE!"....

i picked up a batch about a week ago also of some other stuff from a completely different source that was definitly vac sealed and shipped east.... i will get a pic up here shortly... its always interesting to see what makes its way across the country...

whoever is growing this shit is very smart.. these dense buds are so heavy yet take up so little room... i fit an ounce into one of the small "BALL" brand jars easily without having to smash anything...

heres some other stuff....

completely different batch...

from a completely different person...

this stuff was not NEARLY as potent, not nearly as beautifully fragranced... it looks the very similar now that i look at it, but it just was not as properly cured as the first stuff i posted... whoever shipped it over here probably made a killing, and whoever bought it probably saved a shit ton and made a shit ton as well!

Well, looks wise, I'd say GDP. She really does look like it.

The flip side to that, is that GDP usually isn't considered an ass kicking strain. Buuuut, what's good to me might be great to you, or vice versa. Hard to really comment on potency 'till we sit down and match, you dig?

Really, it's pretty up in the air unless you can talk to the grower. But I would say if not GDP, then some sort of revamped Urkel cross. The bud shape and colour hues just scream GDP.

A lot of the same stuff filters around Cali. It is most likely a version of GDP or Da Purps, which is Mendocino Purple.
Very popular strain here, and people request it exclusively by name, so yeah, lots and lots of it here, so its a pretty safe bet.
