I should have added that I haven't looked into a driver for about a year or more so I'm glad to hear you found a solution.

Given the prominence of the Mac OS in the scientific community (in general) I was pretty surprised on the challenge posed.

yeah it is weird. but for some reason I associate microscopes, basements, and windows 95

I think Ulead > AKA Corel linked on my webpage in cameras section works with Mac and it picks up most cams (Ulead/Corel Video Studio)

ok, here are stills of my trapped nematode. The surrounding fungal hyphae are suspicious, no?

Hard to see but does not appear to be typical 'lassooed' by hyphae nematode. They often become tangled in hyphae and organic matter.

it's stuck real good, to something that is very springy and just moves with the contractions.

it's kinda cool in any case.
