its not the $$ its the credit part... and its not the credit as me and the girl have A1 credit....

apparently when im sitting at 85% credit to debt ratio they dont allow you to buy shit on credit... like house and cars....

Can you say FOR SALE BY OWNER. Places are dirt ass cheap in some parts of the world, maybe even your med state. My bet is you can find a place which is owned in full by the current owner and they'd finance you.

Yea i look for these all the time... but i may be too picky... i want 2+ acres and having trouble finding places like this... then again internet is not always best source...

i spent three hours this morning looking... bonkers... i think i need to get seroiuse and start contacting real estate agents...

looking frosty poopy....can almost taste it. The veg plants in the big cubes look like they are almost ready for flower...they really healthy. The pk's do seem to finish fast..I let mine go to 60 for that late super knockdown stone..just my preference with her.. I have seen a few people take her in the 50s with good results also. I also noticed more purple showed that last week. As far as smell the late in flower mine tend to be more a strong unique perfume that smells like choco/hashy fuel dank if that makes sense... don't get much grape or fruity ...there is a slight grape undertone when smoking. The smoke so dank smooth. That's crazy some of you noticed bigger growth with some the outside plants because I thought I was just seeing things also. I noticed that some of the outside pk bud actually started 'connecting'. I put the pk's on the outsides now...two cents

Thanks bro its funny... from what i can tell with the PK is basically lower light the better... 2-3 feet away for sure....my outside buds are by far bigger then the ones outside the light.... my pk's will be going for 65 days and hopefully i get a clean flush... they are deff eating up and yellowing up so i think it should be a good flush...

i started flushing at 56 days taking to 63-65 days girls looking good.. i wish the leaves didnt get ate up as much for pictures but itll make for one HELL of a flush.... Smooth.....

i know some are shity if not all pictures i do what i can ill get pictures plant by plant as they come down....

i actually didnt mind the last trim job i did,was the first time i had other people to work with and talk to cause lets face it 16 hrs of trimming per day is frickin tedious and painful...the grower had good grub and loads of beers and juice and whatnot for us,nice thick steaks at night...i admit by day three i was getting pretty burned on trimming,but all in all not bad...

funny,i would almost rather trim than grow,would love to load the bike up with touring gear and travel from trim job to trim job,heck i will be going back to do another trim job for the same dude in not to long,there also happens to be a crapload of outdoors stuff to do there so it makes a nice working vacation...
