Lake County Board of Supervisors will meet on Tues March 8th at 1:30 pm in chambers at the courthouse in Lakeport to address the CLOSING of ALL marijuana clubs in Lake County. Everyone who can attend PLEASE turn out to show your support. The conservatives have organized to try to close the clubs and have NO safe access store locations here in Lake County! If you wish to see safe and legal access in safe locations please be at this meeting to show we are united or call the Lake County Board Of Supervisors at 707 263 2368 and make your voice heard.
BE THERE EARLY!! You don't have to be our patient or even from Lake County! We need everyone's help!

Last year I was in the process of buying a mobile home situated in a mobile home park in Lake County. It didn't happen. There was a provision in the mobile home park lot rental agreement that gave the mobile home park management or their designated agent (including LEO) 24/7/365 access to your mobile home in their park. Additionally, any Federally defined illicit activity, including possession or manufacture of marijuana, would subject the lot renter to 5 day notice of expulsion from the park. (Ever try to arrange the movement of an occupied mobile home into another mobile home park in 5 days, and get it done in that time frame?) I was told that such contract addendum were not merely commonplace but ubiquitous in mobile home parks throughout Lake County, thanks to an initiative from the Lake County LEO.

The Feds, along with their allies at the county and municipal level, are trying to roll back the State laws enabling medical marijuana county by county, by administrative edict. These fascists don't care about the rule of law, democratic majorities, or due process.

Pretty ridiculous how they single out a few people who dont "look" like patients then go on to say that if they dont outlaw these shops that patients from los angeles and san diego will be driving sixteen hours to secure their medicine in the lake county area....
