Haven't heard anything specifically regarding Purple Kush, but Ontario seems to be having a high quality strain boom right now. Fire OG Kush becoming recently available, although whether it is legit I do not know.

The problem is that there are so many Southern Ontario grows now, so it makes tracking strains difficult.

So if your sources are trustworthy, I'd say theres a good chance its legit.

Moots,
Hey thanks for taking the time man! Haven't seen any of the fire OGK but been seeing tons of this Purp around. It really is some pretty heady stuff. It`s got a great deep, rich kushyness to it and a great stone to boot!

Cheers!

Hope that hits Southern Ontario, I am near the green belt, and could benefit from some kushyness.

Kushyness, is about to become official jargon.

Nah i just mean that when people see purple weed they automatically call this purple kush
but to really know what it is really, its really hard because so many strains turn purple in 2011

that was my point

have had it, smoked it over my indoor a lot of the time to be honest. fairly potent for outdoor, nice couchy sort of high, sweet tasting smoke that gets you a bit in the throat can get pretty hashy tasting. buds didn't stay purple long- was more lavender colour with orangey hairs thou they kinda ended up like a dark bluegreen my nugs werent that nice looking made up of teeny popcorns but still good... maybe if Id kept it in the freezer or somethin. Love playing ps3 games or attempting to watch jeopardy and try to battle it for intelligence. Not one thats real motivating. Generates munchies for me.

people around here LOVE names... I'm pretty sure most people just get that stuff because they think they know what it is for once. latest was "I got some juicy fruit!!!!" my friend gave me a piece of something he'd picked up. whatever it was it wasn't no juicy fruit thats for sure. he paid through the nose for it too.

anything that turns purple and smells kushy (50% of all lanrace kushes and or hybrids) is being sold in ontario as purple kush. i have a real old og kush x purple ghani, and it is fuely grapy kush organically that is. but even if its commercial its still amazing, d
