The Warriors is a great cult classic movie .... it's a movie done in a style like you are reading comic books taking place in 70's/80's NYC. A Coney Island gang, the Warriors, go up to the bronx for a inter-gang meeting that goes bad. The Warriors then have to "bop" their way home through a multitude of other gang's territory.

A bunch of us dressed up as The Furries one year for Halloween.

watching it right now, "CAN YOU DIG IT 60,000 gang members 20,000 cops. nothing moves in this city unless we allow it" Cyrus the one and only. ooohh he got thrown into the path of the subway I forgot about that. and the baseball guys just got their asses kicked.

The DVD has some really good background info about the making of the movie, the actors involved, what was improved, location issues etc. Worth a look for those that get into this move . ... my GF thinks the movie is rubbish haha but she doesn't like comic books or graphic novels either. The game, on PS2, was one of my favs on that system.

It takes a small town moron and shows him the seven wonders of the world, and asks him what he thinks about them and the different cultures from the perspective of a simpleton.
