Hi, Ur Humbl Nr8tor

My Haze is all gone unfortunately. She was my elixir of youth; one toke and i felt teen-aged again. Giggly and happy, colours seemed brighter, more arresting.

In flower she smelled strongly of vanilla. In the jar she was grass clippings, citrus and used motor oil with a little hint of meat.

Your greenhouse Haze looks great. You grow some very interesting sativas, and very well too.

Have you done any breeding this year?

Cool, thanks for sharing motaco !
I find the article on Colombia kinda depressing, damn commercial hybrids screwing up local genepool...

Irie !

I've seen that pic of strains on a woodboard before in Jorge's Growbook, and alot of those plant pics looked like stock pics I've seen before as well. Just my two cents on the pics. Personally, I'm not surprised that Commercial Hybrid Genetics have infilitrated so many mj growspots on the planet. :pimp3:

Hawaiian Snow is a damn good sativa-oriented plant, very hardy outside but a late finisher. They go to mid November. A real fine feel good buzz that wont end your day

Man, reminds me of the stuff i smoked in Vietnam. That was some really great weed.

Any tips for this Indica grower on getting started with Sativas?

Emil, I'm looking forward to seeing if this Old Timer's makes me feel young again, too. I grew some Mod Kali Most crossed to a Senor Garcia and she produced airy wispy buds that smelled of cat piss and cured to lemon. A joint of her will have you grinning and my Sister in Law likes it to stoke her engine, if you know what I mean...

Laughing Jim, first question you should ask is what kind of space and time commitments can I really make to growing these sativas. If you have access to fresh earth and sky, go with something really true blood like an Ace Old Timer's cross or with Tom Hill Haze or Haze from Seedsman or Flying Dutchmen. If space is limited, go with something that is nearly pure sativa but bred with indoors in mind like Ace Bangi Haze.

Good luck in your pursuits!
