I have 2 rooms going 1 10x11 veg and 1 10x11 bloom. The veg room is powered with 2 4 ft 8 bulb t5s for veggin over an 8xl 8 gal UC sucking on DM Gold add.27 and zone
I also have a 2ft 8 bulb for mothers and a 100 watt floro for clones. I run the mothers in a 2x4 tray top feed squirt with supernatural nutes.

The bloom room has 2 UCs 1 8xl 13 gal under 2k and a 6xl 13 gal under 1k on a mover. The idea is to harvest every 30 or close to it. Once I chop a system I pop in already vegged plants and get the next ones veggin for the other system
All UCs fed with DM Gold and zone. I might give em a touch of boosters 1 feed for a week then drain and refill with base nutes

Question for you. On that frostitude at 17 days just showing signs of flowers. When and how do you switch up nutes from veg to bloom? Do you do anything of a transition period? Please explain.

nice work! Just got 2 of those same t5's for veggin love how floros get small plants going fast and lush. I use a 6 too and small ones take longer to kick in than with the t5's.
How's the rinsing with the dynarok/higromite stuff you use compared to hydroton?

Stu I put them right into bloom nutes when they move from the veg room. The frosty like to stretch if I gave em grow nutes they would stretch 3'

DG soon enough we will see some Astroids in the mix

I love the perpetual concept! It looks like your screens aren't as big as your ladies! (High Quality Problem). Well DoubleJJ did a really cool double screening on his HUGE 10' out door plant.

With enough zip ties you can connect another screen to your existing screen and bring the height up to the top of the plant. He then threw a screen over the top of the ladies too!

and is that two airpumps im seeing for one system?

Fuck ya Greenthumb its gonna be sick for sure. The frostitutes already starting to show some structure to make some buds as big as my arms " with out AN"

Krazay if its the 13 gallon buckets get a 1/4 hp if its 8 gallon buckets you can by with a 1/10 hp as long as you wrap the buckets with some insulation. The 2 air pumps are on my veg rig because I used the ap 100 for my 13 gal 8 xl had to compromise.
For nutes theres only about a handful that people are having success with. I like DM Gold because of the stability. A lot of people are using H&G with great results.
I just try to read the plants and let them tell me when to up the nutes. I start out around 400 ppm in veg.

ah okay my hydro shop told me use these nutes (the no name stuff they sell) they say its the same as advanced nutrients or anything else. they said keep ppms at 1600, but because of the amount of oxygen I only need around 700 for the whole show right.

thats perfect i found a 1/10hp and a 1/4hp used chiller so I will go with the 1/10 then. your supose to add 6ft of head when sizing pumps for chillers so the pump that comes with the system isnt powerful enough for a 1/4hp i think.

I got the 8gal buckets i'm thinking later on I will buy another 8xl 13 gal for the bloom and use 8gal for the veg.

I'm going to set up two rubbermaids 4 netpots each with a bubbler under a 600 watt hps for a veg room for the 2nd cycle.

DM gold and H&G are my only options for nutes then, I should chuck the no name brand ones?

Krazay 700 ppm is right were your gonna wanna be before bloom may be a little more and what sizw pump does it come with. I have a 500 on my 6xl and 700 on my 8 xls and they have no problems. Try your nutes they could work great but if your ph isnt stable ditch em

Its the mag 500 with 6ft of head it sizes to 200gph min flow rate for a 1/4hp is 300 for the 1/10 its 200. I think I can get away with the 1/10 though. Okay thanks for the advice on nutes if ph isn't stable the first week I will ditch em.

looking good there bud can i ask a question how easy of a system is uc to run and is there any known problems that you can run in to with it ,im 3 weeks into a new grow but i wouldnt mine giving it a try on the next run it looks very rewarding keep up the good work

I really like the structure on the Frostitute. Did you do any LST, FIM, or Topping while in veg? They fill in almost perfectly.

Keep doing what you're doing and its bound to be another killing.
