Based on what i did last season... if you tend to them and feed them real nice you could probably pull an lb per 50gal. but if your just leaving them and coming back at the end of season i would use a 200gal or bigger. also try to find peat bogs to submerge them in. they fucking LOVE IT.
I had 8 plants in 1 bog and each plant used 20' of trellis around the width of the plant
indoors i use a 5x10 piece of trellis for 2kw and i yield almost 3lbs so i figure with 20' of trellis outside where your getting light from all around you should be able to pull anywhere from 3-6lbs per plant.. wish those 8 didnt get ripped i was so curious to see how much they really weighed. The ones i harvested on the hill didnt get watered very often and i still managed a lb per plant.

Great thread and a lot of work. Thanks for taking the time to post it. Will you still put multple plants per pot next year? Was the canopy any thicker from the 2 plants per pot to the 3 plants per pot? Do you think that 1 plant per pot would develope a thick canopy also and have a smaller plant count?
I am impressed with all your project and would like to hear what equipment or improvements you may want for next season. The water tank and pump was a great photo, and a big expense. What will be next years purchases?

lol next years big purchase will be 16 pallets of promix hp lol 12k for soil alone. then i think i had a 2000lb tote of worm casting for last year cost me $700 this year i will get 2 of them. then you got all the smartpots i plan to purchase at least 70 more 200 gals id like to do a 100 of them. this year the ones that arnt in the bogs will have water crystals in them. And i also plan not to grow around here... im thinking about 5-6 hours south of me... better sun extra week of flower and no hunters/rippers cuz they aint looking for that shit around there...

Let me try to explain this one more time for you...
all my spots were within 2 mile radius. some within 100yards of each other...
When i went to harvest my first 3 spots they were ALL stolen.
So my very last thought when i actually found a plant was "HEY LETS TAKE SOME PICS FOR EVERYONE ON IC" lol are you thick? if my security wasnt breached then yes you would've been shitting your pants at the size buds i pulled down... but i guess thats for me to know and for you to wonder.. if you really doubt me give that lady you know a call she was there when they came down... biggest plants she has ever seen at 55yrs old... bigger then any of marks, billy, or roberts.
and i believe my buddy who helped run the trim reaper has some pics before they hit the reaper

AG, my phriend.....It's crazy, it really is....I was reading this thread at the l3eginning oph the summer thinking WOW this is l3ig....I think we pheel similiar pain, shit got phucked up.....my reaction was the same.......It's worth the wait my phriend....patience.

Planted 7 clones, various sizes, some 'toothpick' size with a few fans, and some were almost 2 ft vegged indoor for a while under T5. Used premium bag soil and my simple liquid nutrient mix. I would rather keep it to myself for now
Will mention that I mixed in a little bit of aged mushroom compost in the mix while filling my 100gallon smartpots. I watered about 10-15 gallons every 2-3 days depending on dryness and how they looked. I didn't cage them all as I should have, and also wanted to let a few go a little bit longer. I'd rather keep the more unknown strain's names private for a while, but had some more common things such as; Purple Mr Nice, Sour D, Bubba Kush, Jack Frost, and had 2 other strains.. This was my first outdoor grow from 2010, already been in motion for 2011. Doing 24 in 100gallons and 1 in a 200gallon just for shits n giggles. I'll have future threads coming soon of my early year 2011 (january - mid feb)seedcrop, mid-feb planting for light dep, and then again for 2011 natural late may planting. I maxed out my photo album.. will leave these up for a few days then resize or replace with the rest of harvest pics. I averaged about 3.5lb each plant of top end nuggets, not including the lowers/fluffier stuff that I use to make melty goodness.

3.5 lbs in 100 gals!! thats fucking insane...most people i know running 100 gallons barely got over a LB....the ones who got the 3-5lb plants ran 200 gall pots.
