Side by side comparison

You are leaving gaps in your work. Giving people room to say you aren't accurate. Anyone can say the bottom of that tape is at any level u want it.

Leave no room for error or speculation or else all this work u are doing will be for nothing.

As I said, the defoliated plant has almost caught up to the trimmed plant.

Both are healthy as can be.. green, vibrant, and growing healthily...

More pics to come soon enough.

I'm used to that...lol, it's fine... I will try to take a pic with tape touching bucket. But the way I see it, if speculation and negativity is all folks have to offer, than they're definitely in the wrong thread. :)

It's kinda hard to hold the tape and snap a pic at the same time..lol

If you say so :)

After a couple more days of growing, the defoliated lady actually caught up to the trimmed plant, and now seem to be growing together,

I thought it caught up a week ago. Who know's though im like Ray Charles up in this bitch and can't see Chit.

Hello Incog' sadly without images it's a little difficult to get the full picture.
In a nutshell are you saying defoliation is beneficial to cannabis plants? and if so will it be simpler for me to apply Agent Orange to my canopy.
Thank-you

Well now, this is exactly why this is in a private album...

I have a couple people who follow me around with negative comments and posts, so I did not want this "learning thread" filled that bullshit.

Only people I add into my contacts lists will be able to see the pics, plain and simple.
A positive post would've got you instant access to all pics and posts. Negative comments and snide remarks doesn't..

On with the pics..

in for a great idea for comparison

Hazy Lady,

I'm not saying ANY one method or application is better than the next..this is simply a side by side comparison IN FLOWERING to see what the difference/benefits (if any) is offered or apparent.

I'm interested in finding out what the verdict will be. Right this instant in the grow, they look about the same in my eyes...and I'm usually very quick to notice things....

So we'll see...:)

Also, SlowandEasy, I understand you had a bad experience doing it at the start of flowering, that I understand, and you found out which was best for you.... but please stop "jinxing" mine lol... I'm doing this to find out what happens....on with the show! :)

How much longer do you have? I'm thinking about defoliating in veg until an enclosed screen is filled, then flipping.

Anyways, can I see your privates.... ;)

I would never defoliate at the start of Flower, because I know better. I said defoliating my Sour Bubble in VEG was my bad experience...not in Flower, I always wait until after the stretch. I am not jinxing your grow. I wish you nothing but the best. I am not an expert on defoliation, so any experiment is good to see...but I do have some experience and know how my plants react.

You have a good attitude about experimenting...just see the results. Next time switch it up and try not defoliating until after the stretch and compare them. The only way to see what works best for you is to try it for yourself. Good luck.

They've got about 6weeks to go...

S&E.. I do plan to do another test, after the stretch, but so far, I actually like what I see with defoliating right at the flip...

On with the show!:tiphat:
