After much deliberation because it's a tough game regarding quality and a "unique" characteristic, we decided to keep her and run an 8x8 of straight Goat.The super haze that never stretched!!So I hope by April to have a wide spread of those hunks of bud the Goat throws!! I was going to drop her because I'm a diesel/og guy, you know I grow the hazes too, I love having my pick of bags everwhere.Right now I'm looking for a heart attack haze, we've a whole bunch of Amnesia, Mango/widow and Nevilles /Mango...but the goat pulled off a spot, so she has something people need.A room 3x3 with a 600 and a nice 40 day veg could really set you up with a fat headstash.

Mr. D - Can you shed any insight (or speculation) on the mediocre "golden goat" clones I've seen floating around. I've experienced the real thing and she quickly became my favorite cut - what thing to behold! (moreover, to smell/taste! WOW! totally unique).

Every now and again I see "golden goat" in dispensaries (here in CO) that smells like an average hawaiian sativa, and these places often have clones to match. Do you think these are late-gen clones, failed re-breeds, or just mislabeled?

Nice work VADO, you know I always have some minor leaf issue, like rusting or some yellowing but she's always turned out great.I'm not sure what she's particular for....INCREDIBOWL if the smell didn't make your eyes water like an onion, it probably wasn't the goat or perhaps it was but it had been mistreated??The goat has a super sharp lemony haze aroma, very strong on the odor so if it was something that didn't make you wonder "What the hell is this!?" it was something else....

I hear ya chaco. The leaves aren't picture perfect this round, but the buds are definitely getting big fast. That's enough to keep me happy

Chaco - word up - a buddy has a GG cut from Mr. D done proper - you're right the real thing is unmistakable. I always say GG is to other bud what chai is to tea... and the high is like turning on a light in your brain!

No mistaking the Goat, she's one of a kind, not much guessing whether or not you have the cut.She's a nice smoker, I'd put her just above the blueberry mark and under the chem/diesel line just by the hairs, the smell is obnoxious, the taste is great in a joint, but push comes to shove and I have 4 jars of weed the Goat would (while still "elite") be the 3rd pick, I'll be damned if I knew where the hazy stench came from.There's always a leaf issue with her as well, doesn't bother the bud though she just keeps on adding on and she does that rather well.A highly suggested pick...What happened to those outdoor updates from TRINITY above, I was really looking foward to seeing those....

Golden Goat = freak Island Sweet Skunk x Hawaiian/Romulan

smokes nothing like MSS. THis is more along the lines of the local Durban or the local Hawaiian as far as flavor goes. Very lemony with a big touch of exotic spice

Only got the chance to smoke it one time, didn't even get to see it in nugget form, but that is exactly the taste of it. It is the sweetest flavored bud, left its flavor on my lips for hours. Hope I see this strain sometime again in my life
