65 gallons.... Whoooo thats alot of medium. You got my attention.
Do you think eventually the cost of medium and work required will out way the benefits? It will be interesting to see the results.
You seem to be extremely efficient at what you do. Have you ever tried trellising the plants individually like with mato cages to allow the plants to be rotated and spaced throughout bloom?

cost of medium and work could never out weigh the benefits.
I use trellis but to create one large top canopy if i did it the way your saying i would grow vertical and wrap the whole plant in trellis

I have really good air exchange so in order to run co2 i would have to seal the rooms... i def believe my yield would be increased by 20% but nothing to dramatic. soon enough i will add co2

Im just wondering why you want to go with the 65 smartpots instead of a 13 gallon UC would kick some ass if you ran bare bulb.

The 12 bucket setup with 16 bare bulbs.... I think that setup would put out some kick ass yields, but 65 gallon smartpots would too with barebulbs.. Just might take a little longer.
I obviously don't know your situation though. But there is a guy on THC doing an awesome 20 or 30k UC grow. Everything looks good and thanks for sharing your grow.

65gallons is what i can fit so i figure go big. bigger the root mass more bud you shall receive

For sure, If they will get vegged long enough, they will be some trees no doubt. Cant wait to see some massive plants.
