This is a little chem D clone that I rooted in 12/12 and let it see what it would do in a 1lt pot.

May be around 7 grams.. Not too bad seeing as only the vary top of her cola actually broke canopy. I actually forgot she was there.

This plant is beautiful and stinks of straight up fuel. NICE

And the DNA cut Sour D.

I 1000% think this is the cut that Weasil? made. Which I think is the AJ cut. It has all the hallmarks of a chem cross, as with the Giesel it holds the same Chemy undertones but with a whollop of Sour D funkyness. Its beautiful and can not wait to smoke her.

Do those hoods you have require extra sealing or are they sealed up tight from factory?

But I do not have the Ogiesel, I have the Clone only cut Giesel from chemdogs stable.

Giesel is Mass super x Chem D

Its a big yielder and smokes very similar to the FFA. Infact I think I prefer the FFA. But its a dam fine dank smoke.

Yeah coming along real fine thanks. I will try an update in the next days. But filling in lovely and I vegged for too long. HEHE. They are on day 22 today.

And the main tent is now on day 5, this time running

wicked lineup of genetics as usual Did u get 69 oz from 1200w?? Thats pretty damn impressive!! Ive said it once and might as well say it again your grows are a source of inspiration and info lol......Cant wait to see your led rnd 2 grow.....are they on par with your last run? Thanks man. And yeah all from 2 x 600w Digi with super lumens turned on.

And my second LED run is leaps and bounds better than the last. ALl properly trained and trimmed undergrowth.

I will do my best to take some shots this evening... if I remember to take my camera.

If thats the case id be willing to discard every mother in my room, and throw in some of that 4D, D, and Sours instead. Seems like you have won the pot lottery strain-wise.

thats what i'm sayin.....it seems like Herb doesnt veg for long or none at all and still gets way better results than most who do The strains u run are top notch too....Some of those c4d phenos are pretty sick.....good vibez

Yeah pretty insane yields. I love it HEHE.

I put alot of this down to genetics. Mainly the Snoe Sleeppaa. It really is a stomper.

Then come the Blockbuster lights. Awesome and make a big difference.

Then there is the plant numbers. Something I was always scared of was piling in the numbers, but I figure these days whether I have 10 plants or 50, if I get popped and they wanna screw me then plant numbers really make no odds.

But this is where the yield is. Very small veg, 1 week or less. High plant numbers, constant feed, loads of light and jobs a goodun. There is actually very little work involved in this system.

I am really not expecting the next run to be as good, perhaps around the 40-50 mark but still is not a bad return. But then the genetics make up for it in their super super smokes.

Another reason why the snoe seams to be such a winner over the others interms of yield is its consistancy. Whilst the C4d may well yield more from a plant directly under the light, as soon as you move them to the corners / extremities of the room their yields drop right back. I think If I have a whole tent of #5 or #4 I would pull around 60 oz, still high,

but I really think if I filled the Dr150 up with snoe I would pull near on 75. I will try it sometime, the snoe just uniformly yields across the board.

Thanks for all the info once again. Herbie....how many plants do u cram under each 600 on avg? I am already plannin on gettin a new 600w setup thiscomin yafter my first harvest and thanks to you will be goin with the blockbusters. Hopefully after my seed run I'm doin now ill find a few nice yielding mums and work with those....how another question if u don't mind how tall r the cuts goin into flower? I know most of the strains u run got decent stretch. Take care bro

Well as to plant numbers, I do not really tailor that to light, well to a degree. Moreover to space available.

IE, I have a dr150 with 2 x 600w. In theory 150w is too much distance for a 600w to cover, so really I am only using 120cm x 120cm. The problem was with the trays. I wanted to go for a DR120, or ideally a DR240w with 3 or 4 600s. But I could not fit the canna 1.3 m trays into a 120w. Yeah you can on the dr240w but then you have to run them in the other orientation which will lower plant numbers.

Interms of plant numbers, I am still experimenting. And it depends on strain. For eg. If I was going to fill the tent up with Sours I would run maximum 5-6 plants a tray. Thats 6 trays in the tent, so 30-36 plants max.

If I was running a run of say snoe or c4d I would prob try and fit 50 plants in there.

This current run I have about 40. Last run 38 and run before that 36.

And as to hight of cuts... well I take really small cuts. So there is about 2 / 4 nodes of growth above the cube when taken. So say 2 inch tall max. Then once they go into flower I would not want the DIesels / casy etc to be much taller than 5 inches and anything else around 8 inchs.

Another key thing is not to remove the lower growths too early. As this will cause them to bolt. But sometimes if some are dragging to keep up then I will lower all bottom growth to encourage it to stretch.

Thanks...I just got a dr120 and right now have my 600w with 2 126w leds as supplemental light (one on each side of hps) Its workin great in veg but i havnt tried it in flowering yet....my tent it pretty packed canopy wise....but there is still space below between pots lol. It it seems to be lackin once I get to blooming I have another 400w lumatek i can add in place of the leds. Next time I will def veg less and try to pack a few more in to try n get big yield like you thanks for the tip on the pruning!
