Lets have a death star thread! Come on in!

@halitzor:If you are lucky enough to get ahold of it. Which isn't normally SUPER easy, they i guarantee you that you will not be disappointed. Amazing Chem backbone with the Sour Diesel, and just frosty from the Sensi Star. You'll love it.

@Smoke tayo, the purple trait comes with the person who had it before you. It's very common with DS to turn purple if temps drop at night. Depending on the cut you got and where you got it from, might want to research with who you got it from if it drops below 50 at night in his setup.

Peace

yield varies depending on veg, but around average 35-40g dry and cure, sometimes more, with the typical 20-25 day veg, and depending on how big your cuts already are. and about 65-75 days depending on conditions. heavy on nitrogen into flowering till about week 3, much like the other chem variations out there.

hope it turns out nice

It's a definite keeper, that's for sure, not sure if TDS is still releasing the clones to the medical community or not, that's still up in the air from what I've heard. This year as the seed release was delayed due to issues as well with the people they are working with to get it released in seed form.

Well good luck to ya kilo, it's a rare and mysterious cut, and a damn good one at that. Getting your hands on it might not be the easiest thing in the world to do though, unless you are native to the OH/PA area, but mostly OH. It's a rarity at best, and those who hold it, keep it close.

Best of luck guys

Deathstar is a great strain, however the "jedi" mentality that goes along with it leads many to be strain hoarders...
You have to be deemed worthy of growing it.....how unfortunate and sad.

the deathstar is not as great as the hype leads you to believe....

its OK - and once again, LEMON G is a much better strain hands down..

I have the ECSD, 3 packs of sensi star, and the sensi star oger clone.....hmmmmm

You should do it! It is a great combo but it was made 10 years ago and I dont care what anyone says 100 generations later the strain is not the same. I have to agree with Lone Wolf about it now and I love the strain. PK you should do it and spread the love my firend. I am over the whole hoarding thing. FREEBIES JUST TO PISS THEM OFF!

great looking pics mate. just ordered 2 packs of diesel star (sensi star x dansk diesel) hope i can find a pheno similar to death star.

Well what made it special was the real deal ECSD cut, which as some of us know, is a really special ECSD, I dont know anyone who could doubt that, but it's true, it's great, but no it's not the new 'special gem', but the original cut is a testament to some decent breeders from the area in which it was born.

I totally agree with the jedi's mindset about it to though, but that is where the politics shouldn't have ever been brought into it anyways.
