That's not true at all. Are we forgetting SB420? Not to mention, cops are not putting people in prison with no license now for a 5x5 which 19 proposes. In Cali if you have a 5x5 and no license at all, no one is going anywhere.

It's sad so many people are in prison for getting caught growing just for their own personal use.... There's plenty of market outside Cali, I don't know why people don't see it. The problem is, you'd go to jail if you got caught. Sorta like the people in Cali now just growing their own....... Huh....

Here in Cali, (not sure if you live here), you can get away with quite a bit without ever going to jail. The powers that be are NOT after small growers. I just think people are missing that point.
There are so many precedence now to get your meds back for small legal grows they don't even go there.
That's why I don't see what all the fuss is about.
