Not a lot of variation in Med Man, they are single cola type plants that yield big. It's highly potent but not the best in terms of smell/taste. Ideal SOG plant.

hazy why keep calling it headband . when it was passed as sd and i take arrons word on it ... have you grown it side by side with a headband cut ?

the photo they use for the headband dont look like the cut we have .. well i dont think so . foxtails arent as big



who cares anyways its a great plant and wicked smoke , it cant be that bad as a cpl of ukers entered the cup with it.

Ukcheese I asked DnA many times if this is the sour d cut and they have assured me that it is, what they say it is. Ive smoked headband a few times and this sour d cut is much more diesely and fuelly than HB anyday. I have to say even if this cut isnt sour d its one of the strongest smelling and potent tasting weed i have ever had in my garden and there is a few guys from here who have posted about it in the past saying this sour d made them drool lol.

I smoked your sample and OJD's in april. That is in my eye's treu diesel. I think it the ECSD cut.

As you know i run a cut i picked from seeds, flavour is very very similar, Only the cut you are running is making rockhard more kushy shape buds, Mine is making more sativa airy buds.

I will bring some of the SD IBL i run, I also got the AJ cut (not from the DNA boys) but have not run it yet.

Maybe we need you to get them all next to each other and pick the best one.


PS i realy loved your sample last april bro, it was very very tasty and smelly.

Yeah that DNA cut is beefing up day by day. She is tucked right in the corner as well so not getting as much light as I would like, but dam rock hard stinky fuely meaty slightly fruity (very slight). Was going to run her to 84-7 sound good? Or shall I push her longer...

But I must say I prefer the growth on the CC cut, the more sativa calyx type growth, very sexy. But I def think the dna cut is slightly more potent.

Can not wait to try your IBL Karma. Bman bigs it up loads!

The DNA cut is definitely not the original ECSD, it's similar but not the same, the original is, as Karma says, more sativa airier buds whereas the DNA one is hard kushy nugs. Maybe the DNA one is the Headband cut but I'm not sure of that either, if anything, it looks like a Headband hybrid. The one Hazy showed is the original. Karma's SD IBL pheno tastes better than the ECSD, but is otherwise very similar. I ran the SD IBL few years back and had one that looked identical to the ECSD but lacked a tad of potency vs the original cutting, tasted great though.

We should have a Sour D test smoke at the next 420 cup, get all the SD cut samples together and see whats the diference. I heard fom ojd that there is going to be a Cheese test smoke at this 420 cup.

Yeh Jah lets do a SD test at the 420. I will bring the SD IBL i picked and the AJ- cut.

I dont know yet if i will enter next year, I might just help out with making it smooth.

I would recomend you take her 12 weeks for medicinal use and im sure that is what your using it for

4/20 is gonna be awesome, we'll figure out which is the best cut between us......i'd agree no matter what, they are some amazing plants and a joy to have.....the DNA seems a touch more stoney than the ECSD i have smoked but very similar.

I don't want to call it anything, just saying it doesn't look like the original ECSD that I've had for nearly 5 years now and is the same as Capt Crip and Sunsimulator had. There's no doubt in my mind that the one we've had all this time is the original and this DNA one is different, no idea what the DNA one is, but it's not ECSD, that's obvious. Sunsimulator sent me his ECSD cut 2 year ago and it was the same one as I already had, Capt Crip got his ECSD from Sunsimulator, until this DNA one came along there was no confusion, there was only one ECSD. I wouldn't trust DNA one inch, if they said the sky was blue I'd go outside and check. Remember, before they got banned from just about every forum around that they were posting pics of Reeferman's Mexican grows and claiming them as their own and were posting pics of Aqualab's hash run in Mexico and claiming the pics were of themselves making hash, they are proven liars. I'm referring to the hash run where Aqualab put it through a meat grinder to see what would happen, it ruined the hash so it got used to make 'Potcorn' at the following HTCC. DNA even had the gall to use those pics in their seminars and posted a video on their website of said seminar, absolutely shameless liars.

Ooh, do you have some BB IBLs too Doc?

I have some BB x NLX vegging now, would rather have some pure BB but don't have any left.

I would love to be able to preserve that BB line, thought I had as i made a shit-ton of them but somehow ended up with none left myself.

I hope that next year if people are willing I can collect together cuttings of a few males and females from the BB and make more seeds, then I'll pass em far and wide as I did before but this time I'll make sure I keep plenty for myself.
