is that a indoor elements tent head? if it is i was wondering the quality of it mate wether its worth the buy?? thanks
yeah its an indoor elements tent and I think they are well worth buying. very easy to setup, very easy to pull down and they require no modification at all :) they aren't perfectly air or light tight, but they are good enough.

I finally got around to making my wardrobe into a grow room today and put the seedlings in there. I checked them as they went in and found 3 males (lemon stinky, (bb x hp) x somango and my lone white rhino x ice. I also found females from all the strains and there are a few more plants that need to show their sex so the light is on 12/12 for the moment. Once all of the plants have shown sex I'll be taking cuttings from all the females and the lemon stinky male and chopping down all the soil grown plants for good. Replacing them will be a mix of strains from my current batch of cuttings and once the cuttings from the soil grown plants are rooted they'll be joining them to officially make my wardrobe the vege room :)

I'll be moving the males in my tent down to the garage later on tonight and force flowering them so I can collect the pollen for later use without risking my current crop. The females will be transplanted into 50L pots tomorrow and thats when the real show will begin :jump:

I've got some bad news....all the cherry candy fuel cuttings are hermie except for a candy pheno male :(

I'll be binning all the ccf later on tonight except for the candy pheno male which will be going out to my garage to flower. I'll be collecting the pollen from it and with any luck I'll get a good female ccf sometime in the future, but short of that I will use it to make a hybrid and then backcross that to the ccf male. I should be able to find a cherry pheno in that lot of seeds, but the strain will never be the same again so I'm really hoping to get another female down the line so I can make F3's instead of hybrids.

ohh well, shit happens, I just wish it didn't....

Shit headstone, that is bad news. If they hermie that easily I wouldn't bother with them. The shit I grow originally had a sativa and indica pheno. The sativa hermied and into the rubbish bin you go. The indica is still going nearly 9 years later, rock solid no matter what you do with it. I even doubt the colloidal silver experiment I am trying on it will reverse it. I don't like unstable strains like that. But oh well, like you say, shit happens. Hope you find that keeper.

turns out the ccf went hermie due to light leaks which means I could have grown them out, but shouldn't have used them for breeding. sometimes I want to be able to kick my own arse lol

Ohh well, on a brighter note I just transplanted my pursang haze, grape krush and strawberry dawg inot 50L pots and took some pics of some roots :) I currently have the plants in my shower draining off the last of their excess water, but I'll be training them down and out and out later on so I'll update with some more pics when done :)

Hi m8, sorry to hear of the ccf woes. Its a volitile and finiky line, but certain plants make it worth keeping round, but i dont have the time/space to work it with everything else going on. So I have passed the line on to slayer to work, im sure he will be able to hone in on the positives of the line and remove the negatives.
It was a only ever really test work, testing a few specific things out, but ppl liked it alot so it has stayed around.
Enough of that though m8, lovely looking roots on those ladies, im sure they will blast into growth in their bigger pots.
much respect

thanks for the kind words hifi and moon :tiphat:

you have done great work with the ccf moonunit, its deadset my favourite strain ever :) I also heard about that strawberry pheno which had me creaming my panties and desperate to do a seed run so I could find it lol I still have a good male to use though and I'm bound to get another female down the line so either I'll make some f3's and get that strawberry goodness or I'll have to make backcrosses to my male and work on it from there. Either way the ccf as a strain will live on and that 1 in 50 strawberry pheno will become a lot more common in the future :)

I hope you people like adolescent males showing their balls

Sorry to here about the he/she's mate but don't dwell on the negative, the positive is you now have more room for something else and you got a stud that will give you some sweet man juice for your ladies that have been good and not growing man parts ;)

I love those roots on them plants headstone, to bad about the hermies and males, will be good if u do get that wanted female down the track though.

Hi headstone, :tiphat:

I just read the whole diary - jeez they were some great sounding strains you started with.

The LS is a really good performer and a great smoke - good luck finding your special girl!

I hate soil too and all my excursions with it in the past have ended terribly, but I have decided to conquer my fears of it and have a better stab at it this summer with some autos and a few nice sati's. At least the deck out back will look nice if nothing else LOL!

Strawberry Dawg is just sooo kool sounding - makes me want a garden full of it. I would love a cut of it.

Good luck with the rest of your grow,

Stay Safe,

Jimbo :)
