I'm afraid you're missing the main motivation I have for posting.

I am simply warning people to look deeper into the purpose this bill serves.

Look into the future as much as your crystal ball allows.

SCF - I have grown tobacco. It's not nearly as easy to cure as cannabis. :D There are many retailers that sell tobacco seeds. They are very tiny and take a bit more time than grass. The government (local or federal) can bitch about taxes over a certain point depending on your location.

I've never paid a 100 dollars for a good bottle of wine. I can usually get away for 20 bucks or less, for one of the best buzzes, and flavorful wine, In my opinion. All about flavor. and what you like.

I like Kushes.

Me personally would not pay a thousand dollars for a bottle of fermented grape juice either, but there is big enough nitch of people that are. the industry is thriving.

I worked a party where 8 people spent 13 thousand dollars on 6 bottles of wine, and tipped 25 percent on top of it. Its not actually that uncommon for wealthy people to do that kinda stuff with fine wine parties.

In a quasi legal market, I highly doubt you will ever see a thousand dollar ounce of weed, but it could happen. I bet you sure as hell could find a thousand dollars ounce of super pure 6 month cured dry sift like bubble man makes.

my point is with custom genetics, growing, and curing, hash making, and custom hash blends, and certain terroir from different places. IT WILL BE JUST LIKE WINE. so DO NOT FRET. if you make your living growing pot, and you know how capitalism works you will be able to BANK still, after prop 19 passes.

Hash Zeppelin and I have both been in the wonderful position to try a lot of veeeerrry expensive wines.

We both know that they aren't worth what is paid... but alas... what is paid is paid.

As saying such, I also must confess that I hate seeing overpriced pot... but someone is going to BANK on it.

:badday:

PS I love flavor. I love life. Flavor is life. If it wasn't for flavor I wouldn't be alive. :friends:

I CAN see the future and If 19 doesn't pass there is NO other bill. Maybe in another state but not for Cali! This is the test, do people really want marijuana legal? If it's NO than that's it and then they are going to go after the medical laws..... guaranteed!

agreed. if something goes wrong. the people can always vote to ammend it at another poll to MAKE THE BILL BETTER.

but right now, if this fails. the whole world will feel like California Abandon them.

Hell if we legalize gay marriage. Then i dont see why this wont pass!!! Its our right to smoke Marijuana, instead of drinking and killing our livers. and lives.

I think that the market has to be shaken one way after it's shaken the next.

I am no advocate for dropping prices... but it is the way it would go, at least for a certain larger market.

I am also no advocate for 1K ounces either.

I am loading this hash oil into the bong in the hopes I can sleep tonight.

I would like to see this as truth.

I see two decisions as to how this can be ammended.

The second has nothing to do with us.

I swear I was just bringing this up last night.

Not saying its a crutch. But you can get medical marjuana for ANYTHING. So this law, is experimental at least. And it doesnt touch medical marijuana law.

No... what I meant was there was two articles in the bill as to how to ammend it.

One was a vote.

The other was legislature.

No... what I meant was there was two articles in the bill as to how to ammend it.

One was a vote.

The other was legislature's choice.

Upon review I only asked kmk420kali's opinion on the probable protocol.

Can you elaberate on how Legislative power can change a bill by the people? I have a lot of knowlege of politics. but no one can know everything. and i am not sure how that works?

as sb420 is to 215. sb420 is illegal, and is considered Void.

And also if thats the case. what about what the attorney general said a year after putting precedence down on Medical marijuana? Is that void too?

It gets very confusing. But to say the less. i can have my medical marijuana.

now i want HASH legal!!!

Its an evolution not a revolution! 215 has led to 19 and 19 will lead to something better. Its just the way it works.

Pursuant to Article 2, section 10(c) of the California Constitution, this Act may be amended either by a subsequent measure submitted to a vote of the People at a statewide election; or by statute validly passed by the Legislature and signed by the Governor

What's that "or" all about?

They took it one step further out of legislatures hands, and put GOVERNOR in there too. so both party's have to agree.

A legislature is a type of deliberative assembly with the power to pass, amend, and repeal laws.[1] The law created by a legislature is called legislation or statutory law. In addition to enacting laws, legislatures usually have exclusive authority to raise taxes and adopt the budget and other money bills. Legislatures are known by many names, the most common being parliament and congress, although these terms also have more specific meanings.
In parliamentary systems of government, the legislature is formally supreme and appoints a member from its house as the prime minister which acts as the executive.[2] In a presidential system, according to the separation of powers doctrine, the legislature is considered an independent and coequal branch of government along with both the judiciary and the executive.[3]
The primary components of a legislature are one or more chambers or houses: assemblies that debate and vote upon bills. A legislature with only one house is called unicameral. A bicameral legislature possesses two separate chambers, usually described as an upper house and a lower house, which often differ in duties, powers, and the methods used for the selection of members. Much rarer have been tricameral legislatures; the most recent existed in the waning years of caucasian-minority rule in South Africa.
In most parliamentary systems, the lower house is the more powerful house while the upper house is merely a chamber of advice or review. However, in presidential systems, the powers of the two houses are often similar or equal. In federations, it is typical for the upper house to represent the component states; the same applies to the supranational legislature of the European Union. For this purpose, the upper house may either contain the delegates of state governments, as is the case in the European Union and in Germany and was the case in the United States before 1913, or be elected according to a formula that grants equal representation to states with smaller populations, as is the case in Australia and the modern United States.
Because members of legislatures usually sit together in a specific room to deliberate, seats in that room may be assigned exclusively to members of the legislature. In parliamentary language, the term seat is sometimes used to mean that someone is a member of a legislature. For example, saying that a legislature has 100 "seats" means that there are 100 members of the legislature, and saying that someone is "contesting a seat" means they are trying to get elected as a member of the legislature. By extension, the term seat is often used in less formal contexts to refer to an electoral district itself, as for example in the phrases "safe seat" and "marginal seat".
