Well if you don't want heart pounding and still want your mind to come alive, best bets are 'uplifting' indicas. Sounds like an oxymoron, but they exist. Example: DNA Rocklock.

Alright I'll start looking through some strains. But a couple more suggestions would also be nice .
.
Pure Power Plant (or PPP) from Nirvana, mostly Sativa great stuff & cheap.
Honestly some Blueberry crosses like Blue Mystic (a BB x Skunk cross) can be kind of trippy but yet very comfortable from the BB content in them that seems to balance out the other part.
Also Blockhead when you can get it, it's half P19 an ultra-potent African Sativa strain crossed with a Sweet Tooth male to make it more kind and comfy. Coming back late this year from SOL.
Last and not least, FLO from DJ Short can be very creative thought provoking.

That sounds almost perfect. I've heard African strains are very psychedelic. I check SOL stock pretty often. So I'll snag those when I can.
I you can find B52 by Nirvana, then those would be what you are looking for. One day, after smoking a joint of a sativa pheno B52, I was in my front yard sparying some weeds. A bunch of cars drove by while I was out there and I didn't get noided like I normaly would have. It was wild because I felt like the sun was a spotlight and I had High Definition vision. Sad though, that pheno has been the only plant I could not clone.
Well dude you will hear about it for sure when they get re-released I am sure there will be 50 threads about it and people will be clawing at the keyboards to snag a pack. Might be awhile though so in the meantime I would check out some Nirvana gear if you are itching to get a grow in before then and not spend alot on beans to do it in the interim, the Blue Mystic man they are very dreamy you can just get lost off in your thoughts and close your eyes and see all kinds of cool imagery in the dark with no anxiety. The BB x Skunk is a great cross it works very well and is easy to grow.
This is from an old 2005 user review on the seedboutique..not sure if they are the same exact beans as back then but the genetics are very good in this one for what you want.

I agree with the Blue Mystic being somewhat trippy or dreamy and anxiety free.

Everything I grow makes my heart beat faster. Is there any strain that doesn't increase heart rate? That is one side effect I don't enjoy.
Most very couchy Indicas will not have this effect on you. Also make sure you are letting your plants fully mature and the trichomes become cloudy with some amber since younger flowers can be much more racy if not allowed to fully finish.
Take smaller & fewer hits and wait a few minutes between each one instead of taking big huge blasts from a bong or joint and such because when you do there is a temporary rapid decrease in oxygen levels and after exhaling your heart is immediately working harder than normal to bring your oxygen back up to normal levels in your blood supply to your heart and brain. Since you are most likely paying attention to your heart rate and notice the difference then this in turn induces some panic or anxiety which triggers your body to release stress hormones such as adrenaline which fully compound this bothersome effect.
Because of combustion there is basically no oxygen in the smoke you are inhaling and thus it's like being underwater and holding your breath until you let it out and then take in fresh air. You can also get a vaporizer the buzz is alot cleaner and smoother due to little to no combustion taking place since the herb is only heated to the point of oils becoming volatile for inhalation.

I don't own a bong and I mostly use tincture or joints. Admittedly though, my herbs are probably about 50/50 hybrids. Ok now , what is the closest thing to Sweet tooth now available?
Check out the Blue Satellite 2.2 they are on sale at the bay/boo still I'm pretty sure. The "Blue Satellite 2" was half Sweet Tooth and half DJ Short's Blueberry Sativa (Thai leaning BB) Then incrosses of those were made to make the 2.2 hence the extra "2" on the end but you will find phenos leaning towards both parents and some smack in the middle and either way it's a great heady but kind happy smoke as you can expect from the world class parents, tons of frosty thc goodness everywhere guaranteed!

Nope not at all and I've even had hazier phenos of each with no raciness, I was kinda bummed out, I was looking for a racy type high when I grew them.
My NH x Mango went 14 weeks
OH x SK took 20 weeks 12/12, I was like wtf this stuff should be like crack. Both the OHSK and NHM are better when your doing stuff more active but there is no heart punding paranoia.
SSH the faster flowering pheno was the most psychadelic, the longer pheno more energetic, but no paranoia from either.
The most paranoid I ever got from weed was from strawberry cough, I smoked some of that one day I had to go out and do stuff, I ended up turning around and going home after I smoked, thats like shit that will make me peer thru my shades all noded out.

Some crazy strains'll do it to you Every little noise, even the imaginary ones in your head will have you secretly checking to see if the cops are outside.
