you don't really need to pluck yellow leaves. Not unless you got botryllis or something. Any sign of infection?

No infection but some plants are covered with wilting brown leaves that will cause botryllis if they wrap around the stem properly. So needless to say i really need to get out there and clean up the bottoms and add a small dose of worm castings to compensate for the yellowing which i believe is from Nitrogen its fading yellow inward towards veins.. Worm castings are great for budding gives the plant that little boost of N to finish without making them stretch.

Appeals Court Ruling Allows Government to Use GPS to Track People’s Moves
Gps

A federal court in California has issued a ruling that’s raising widespread alarm among advocates for civil liberties. Last month, the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit said law enforcement agents can sneak onto a person’s property, plant a GPS device on their vehicle, and track their every movements. The court’s ruling means the spying is legal in California and eight other Western states. [includes rush transcript]

JUAN GONZALEZ: A federal court in California has issued a ruling that’s raising widespread alarm among advocates for civil liberties. [Last] month, the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit said law enforcement agents can sneak onto a person’s property, plant a GPS device on their vehicle, and track their every movements.

The ruling came in the case of Juan Pineda-Moreno, an Oregon resident who was suspected of growing marijuana. In 2007, Drug Enforcement agents snuck onto Pineda-Moreno’s property in the middle of the night and planted a GPS device on the bottom of his Jeep. Pineda-Moreno ended up pleading guilty to the marijuana charges, but has challenged the government’s evidence obtained through GPS. But the US Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has now twice rejected his case.

In a dissent, Chief Judge Alex Kozinski accused the majority of, quote, "cultural elitism" for issuing a ruling he said would only affect lower-income Americans. Kozinski says anyone who can afford to surround their homes with security gates, fences and booths would effectively be exempt.

The court’s ruling means the spying is legal in California and eight other Western states. In a separate case this month, the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit took a different view, ruling the GPS spying illegal. The issue is expected to eventually reach the Supreme Court.

Adam Cohen is an attorney and writer for Time magazine who has been following this story. His article for Time magazine is called "The Government Can Use GPS to Track Your Moves." He’s also a former member of the New York Times editorial board.

I recently interviewed Adam Cohen, and I began by asking about the origins of the case.

Once again Maurius I hope you are correct.

But local & state law enforcement
are desperate for funding the Fed's have cut all sorts of funding to the states and
they are even laying off cops in places.

They WILL track ANY lead they have now to a possible larger grow-op with the possibility
of a score. This is what they do and NEED to do to stay in the business of prosecuting us.

They do it all day, every day , for a living.
It's hard to cover your trail (paper or otherwise)
and I'm sure clues have been left.

Who owns the truck?
Where's it registered?
Where was it purchased? (check with locals there; show the picture they took of guerilla)

Yah they took a picture of Guerilla, truck, dogs, etc as soon as he pulled up
and transmitted it to headquarters in case things went bad.......
Where was it registered before.?
It's a recent registration (he just moved there)
There was heat in the previous town..etc.....etc......
Like shooting fish in a barrel...........
ogd - so I wonder what they do if it's on private land? they need to acquire a warrant then?

they can place the GPS tracker any place they like.
The laws are so screwed up who knows. In the above
article they walked up to the truck and attached it.
Magnetic, I imagine and they swap a fresh one, when they like.
The courts don't even know what's legal. Washington DC ruled
the opposite of the 9th circuit..

If the Game Warden made (found) the garden and located the vehicle;
they'll track it for other action..... with a phone tap cause they
found the plants (if) they found the plants.......

The plants are only part of the picture. They want to see the whole
picture and if there' large operations around; like a fat warehouse grow.

They figure we must do something in Winter........

You will be successful. Good vibes from me man. Remember, cops are people too, when planting a device they don't have time to think, they just plant. Check your ATV in obvious locations, on the frame, in the wheel wells, etc. You can pick up devices for CHEAP ($20+) on the net for detecting frequencies from all over the spectrum. Grab one, take it into a nice solid steel shed, and run the detector all over it. You'll locate the device pronto.

Onegreenday in my opinion you need to stop trying to make the original OP paranoid. Everyone that grows this plant knows the risks involved, and he seems to be in a state where they are very lenient. If I was him there is no way I would stop because of some fucking game warden. Do you actually believe they are going to waste there time following him around for 2 fucking plants that the warden MIGHT have discovered. I believe if the warden found the plants he would simply rip them out, or maybe if they got his plate numbers then they would have already talked to him about the two plants. They would not bother placing GPS units on him and all this bullshit you are saying. Haven't you seen on TV when the cops find a very large unattended marijuana garden? Even when there is fucking thousands of plants they very very rarely actually sit at the site and wait for the gardener to return as they do not have the resources to sit there for weeks. The simply cut all the plants down.

nobody is trying to make anybody paranoid.
that's up in your head.
you don't tell me how to post.
guerilla posted how the warden spotted him & the hose 300' in the
woods.

my message is a head's up on the current practice
of tracking & law enforcement desperate for $$$$ confiscation.

guerilla can make up his mind about the possible threat from the heat
he was there, he knows best &

his own actions with his truck
and where he's been travelling to
& phone calls he's been making

I'd be utterly shocked if the Warden
did not have his truck whereabouts
marked that day.

but that's me &
maybe a read too much of this stuff
and know more about the 'beast' around..........

Did you even know of these 2 tracking cases?

good luck people
we shall prevail....one day.....one green day...........

EDIT: You might want to read about Maine & their prisons.

OGD, i thought this was solved, he doesn't give a shit about the warden.. He is taking the steps needed for himself to feel safe. Are you really going to change how he is doing his grow, why does it matter to you that he lives in a cave with a tinfoil hat? You really can only do so much. If shit happens it does, part of the risk mate.

I just want to see the guys pics, and stroke his ego when the shit looks primo. Not read some paranoia conspiracy theory crap all the time, if you can't handle the game don't play!!!

AG: The ladies are looking mighty fine mate :D couple pounders for sure.
