week 5 update
week 5 update
update time
today is the start of week 5 in the flowering tent so i've now added a 400w hps to go with the 600w dual spectrum
the psychosis , white cheese and c99 are growing evenly and all looking similar in size , the dawgfood has been a problem due yo it stretching nearly 2' taller than anything else . i've had to arrange the tent so plants are sat on buckets to even the canopy a bit
they seem to be taking well to the super boost and i'll be adding pk13/14 from tomorrow

i've passed the dawgfood over to a mate of mine to finish because the extra light seemed to give it another growth spurt and it was hitting the roof of my tent , i bent it as much as poss but i think i'd have snapped it if i tried to bend it more ..the good thing is i still get some of the bud and get to see how it turns out rather than just binning it , i blame myself because i was told it would stretch i just didn't realise how much .
i've still got a cut of it so i may have another go in the future .

Everything is looking good edgey the girls look super healthy... my money is on the psychosis for yield as well.

i think the psycho will do it but the white cheese is filling out nicely as well

hopefully OC , i've started adding pk 13/14 to the feed as well now , i'm impressed with the little chem 4 cut i put in to fill the gaps so i may veg one up proper and run that next time

well CC , where do we begin ?
i consider myself a compitent grower , not the best in the world but always been proud enough to show off my stuff ,
but to me , like my last run this run has been a total let down , i was hoping to average 5-6oz per plant but think i'm gonna be lucky to pull half that.
from start to finish it's been plagued with problems and my lack of time and commitment hasn't helped matters ..
what could have went wrong went wrong , the latest being a low run off ph i can't seem to correct
SO.... after this grow i'm going back to basics , i've binned most of my clones and nutes and will be starting a fresh using canna a&b , headmasta , pk13/14 and molasses , clones will be psychosis , c99 , lemon venom , white cheese (possibly) with 1 chiesel i kept because it is the same size as the others but won't be growing it again afterwards , this is basically to keep the different nute preferences to a minimum
the psychocindy project will carry on and if all goes as planned i'll be starting a tent full before xmas .
well back to the grow...............
day 45 in the flower tent and things aren't looking well tbh , for the last 10-15 days i've been having trouble with the ph in the coco , i usually feed at a ph of 5.9 at this stage of flower but when i do the run off is coming out at 4.2 ???
i've flushed for a week with plain water at a ph of 7.1 to try raise the ph level in the coco but i can't get it past 4.9 and i'm lost ???? ....i thought it was a meter problem so bought a new one but its the same ....from now till the end of the grow i'll be giving them plain water . All i can say is sorry to dissapoint but its one of those things , work and home life have been hectic throughout summer and the plants have suffered because of it
here's a couple of pics from 2 days ago , to me everything looks healthy enough but the growth rate seems stunted , i've grown the psychosis long enough to know what it should look like at this stage of flower and it isn't even close .
i'll see the grow out but chalk it up to expirience .
on a happier note lol , the psychocindy is all going according to plan so look out for the test grows , she's going to be a shit hot cross lmao

i've still got ph problems so i'll be leaving the plants on plain water from now till i harvest
the growth has been stunted and yeild has definatly been affected but the plants themselves look healthy enough still , i'll be starting to cut next weekend starting with the c99
