not only is Phish's music incredible, but so are the phriends I make through their music. 99% of my friends are phish fans

if phish.com isn't working, like it wasn't for me yesterday when i went to put requests in under my mom's name go to phish.portals.musictoday.com. gotta get my sister on board for some more so I can get out to colorado with mail order instead of fighting scalpers on ticket bastard.

I really wanted to put requests in for Mullins as that's where I saw my first show, geez I was such a custie then, its pretty laffable. However, I only put in one for Providence, partly due to fundage and partly due to not being sure about time out of work.

If I end up getting the time off I'll just try my luck with cashfor yourextra . com or the old faithful finger in the air.

Maybe we can do an icmag informal meetup?

just got me a ton of team hood dvd files from last year. including the first 3 nights of the miami run. also the set with the naked guy from 12/5. anyone else around here in on the team hood trading line? some of the shows are so sick, all HD, some edited between up to 6 camera angles SBD or matrix audio.

I've never run into them myself. one of my buddy's has a hook into their crew though. I have like 20 shows from the past year all at least 2 cam shoots.

Just got another set of requests in for Broomfield. lets hope they come through on one of my 3 orders.

phans acting like self entitled assholes? Well I never...

For the most part I've had all postive encounters but then sometimes the wooks get out of control. I can't claim to know too much of that side of things, most I ever did was 10 shows in two weeks give or take. I think that was winter '95 or whenever there were two shows up at Lake Placid.

(EDIT: I don't know if it was my farmer jeans teamed up with my pooH shirt, but some brother hooked me up with some super duper piney headies in the crowd outside the venue in Placid. Mounted police about ten feet away. I took him on his word and also by bag feel, and was so glad I did.)

Then there was the 27 hour drive to New Orleans with 4 of us in my little Toyota. I had my ticket and about $120, and that included my share of the gas to get home. We slept on the car hood and on the ground in parking garages and I felt sort of wookish. Couldn't afford a hotel room, I guess we should have just hit the casinos.

fuuuuck. tickets are impossible this tour. struck out on almost all of my requests. scored a single ticket for halloween. ticketbastard onsale is gonna be ridiculous.

How are you guys checking ticket status? If there is a hold on your credit card? The email I received said I would know by the 9th.

edit: Just checked my email, the one show I requested, denied. WTF this sucks.

"We regret to inform you that you did not get the tickets that you requested through Phish Tickets."

I used to mail order way back when and would get every show, this was a single ticket to a single night, in one of the biggest venues this leg.

check your email right now. most people have gotten their actual email about what they received. 2 of my requests were completely denied, 1 request i scored a single halloween.
