What it be GWE and thank you bro.. I don't know but tomorrow is the start of week 9 so I expect somewhere within that week these trichs will begin to turn. This is my first time just letting them go like this and I can't see these going into 10 weeks. I'm watching the trichomes and letting them decide the time to chop. So far no plants show that 50/50 ratio. The lemonskunks are showing more like 10/100. Most of the others are just cloudy. I would have just chopped by now on the look of the size and boy what a mistake that would have been. This little microscope really lets me know. I love this thing. Shit I'm really high right now.

looks like they all need another 2 weeks at least. ur hais are just barely turning color.
u should drench all ur girls until they puke hella water and then start a hard flush til chop. all ur leaves are green and this will reflect in ur dried pot.
IMO its best to flush until most if not all leaves are yellow. this will give u much tastier, cleaner, smooth burning weed with a slow dry accompanying. my first harvest tip would be that.
i use a humidifier and dehumidifier these days to keep at the ideal 55% during those days and the temps around 70 in the drying area. a cheap humidifier is generally all thats needed if in a dry area. this is to ensure a slow dry. 5 days minimum is what i aim for before i need to fine manicure and destem and bag.
i use regular large ziplocks to cure my weed. i prefer them to jars because they breathe some and so far i get better results. usually a couple days exchanging air and ready to be sealed in vaccum bags indefinately and maintain all the smells and flavors. this is all depending on density of strain and again environments RH of course so every situation is different and needs to be monitored closely a few times til u have it down.

I was thinking that too as per the 2 weeks. Tell me is it me or did I just happen to get strains heavier on the sativa side? 2 extra weeks calls for an 11 week run. Have you ever seen this before? I'll go ahead and start that flush too. I'm assuming the first flush should show a runoff of near the starting ppm? I really want that yellowing of the leaves.
And dude I appreciate any help you can offer in this stage. This is the final act of this play and it is the hardest for me. I'm telling you before I would have already chopped but the active eye has been a real help in looking at that trichome pack. I ramble all the time bro lol but I wouldn't think you are rambling specially when you're helping me. Feel free and again thank you!!

Hi Big Green, Thank you bro. Man I'm documenting all this shit because I'd like to see where the hydro plants are on this day in comparison. I'll let them do their thing. Shit if they want 80 then they get 80 lol. I just want good dank.
Also a side note. TrainWreck #2 has really put it on all the other TrainWrecks. Way more resin and fatter calyxes. I'll be chopping all the other TrainWrecks in the other garden and start reproducing #2. I'll post new comparison pics on Day 60 this Friday.
Ok so today is day 60. 7 days from when those pictures were taken. I figure 10 more days and we can really evaluate a choppy chop.
I've gone ahead and decided to leach out some nutes from the soil starting with the plant that seems to be doing the worst. That is TW #1 - I gave her about 2 gallons in the tub so that we can test the runoff. Guess what... It was in the 2500 range "gee no wonder she's fluffy. A major fuckup on my part. Man and I flushed just before flowering too. I guess it really is important to flush in the middle of flowering as well. I checked my best lemon skunk and her runoff was at 1500. That is acceptable and she is doing great but 1000 ppm over on TW#1 seems to be the issue. I've toned it down to 250 PPM. Now with the pot weighing 50 pounds I truly doubt she will need watering for 2 weeks. This BX stuff really takes a while to dry out but lets hope her roots start picking up the excess.
Anyway off to the remaining plants and check their numbers. pH on both plants was 5.7. Reaching 6.3 on a good cleanse.
