That sour60 pheno that was 200+ wet was nice!!! super small for that yeild, great stealth plant! Too bad you didn't hit her up!

and the other 4 jars......total from 7 plants, 6oz total dry....not bad of a ratio under a 600.....
But next round is gonna be the real deal! I'm gonna venture into hydro, DWC style, via 10-12 Oxypots....

and the SourJEM cross you made is a sibling..
you should be able to pick it up on your rolls..(F's)

Really appreciate that coming from you sir! and your dead on speaking on the "SourJem" cross...I will HUNT for the special pheno's these beans will carry..hell I have 412 seeds, so no doubt will find.....add to the fact that I will be growing DWC from now on.....It's gonna be real interesting to see what i come up with....and as you know I still have bad betty, punk chunk, ect. in the wings waiting to germ.....gonna be SO LOVELY! Okay guys, i'm going to be starting another grow soon...BUT with Oxy-pots, [will post link in sig and in this thread when I start] Only question now is which strains to start???? FYI, I will be starting 20 seeds using 8-10 Oxy-pots under same 600hps<no vert on this grow....Anywayz peoplez the strains that are in question are; NYLD, BlueStreak, HBD, Onyx, Ak47, Purple Mazar.....I would like to go for the biggest yielders FIRST....so any sugg. will be greatly appreciated...sorta like a vote...whichever 2 strains get the most votes got NEXT!

i vote for the AK and NYLD they seem to be good yielders! but like mossy said you gotta carry on the S&S
HA, HA, HA!!!! I like that name sir! But seriously I was thinkin about starting some of those too but wondered if it's to soon to germinate...what's your thoughts on this mossy???? I harvested the seeds on or around 7/22...As I have heard it is better to wait at least 4wks for seeds to "dry/mature" before attempting to germ....

I got around a Oz off of 1 and around 22gm of the other...and yeah they were under a 600....nothing remotely close to what your gonna get on your mi5 in those oxy's...I cant wait to start minez...!

i think i have the same pheno as you were growing, the ones with the phatt main cola and side branches,
she is a lovely smoke, how does it compare against the sour 60's as im thinking of adding them to my collection ?

Well...I Think that she is the first Named cross in our AF garden.
(They grow better when they are Legitimite...
...)TWO WEEKS..if they are dried well.
IF in doubt..put them near a dry heat source for a couple of days before you germ.
Can't wait to see them...

Okay, so I'm getting ready to start another grow and I thought I should let you guys know a couple of things first.....while I was enjoying some of my Mi5< smokes lovely, high last around 3+ hrs!! BTW, smells fruity too, with a 4+ wk cure.of course...anywayz, upon preparing my spliff I found some SEEDS in the mi5!!!! that came from same pollen I used on my sour60...some must of flew off and onto her...anyways the result is 7 fat, dark brown seedS! and they very well may be more lurking..... Can you say Mi5 x Purple Jem cross!!!! What a fuckin treat!!!! Second thing is I will not be growing DWC for now....<money issues/effin big bills ATM....So I will be growing in soil for my next run, <which should haved started wks ago!!!!! I have decided to grow AK 47<which are my own f1's and the Sour60 x Purple Jem cross a.k.a. Sweet n' Sour!!!! Started germing 20 Ak's and 20 S&S beans couple of days ago<I want at least 16 females], so once we have some sprouts, I will post link here to NEW thread........

THAT is a cross I fancied since I spotted the parentage on Mi5.
They have shared heritage.
One is the Columbian and the other..Afghan I think..
But anyway.
Scotty and dargo were talking about the Mi5 carrying slight colour..mainly on cold conditions I think...
any way..
I was thinking the colours in the JEM line were not cold dependent..
so could probably intensify the trait.
I think they were talking about the purple...
But ..
my thoughts immediately ran to the thoughts of the Red.
If you could intensify the red into the Mi5 bud...
she would look like a Burning Bush.
It could only be Good..IMO..

Yes I too have read and seen where if the conditions are right, {cooler temps @ night..around 60-65, if i remember} you will get a nice coloring of purple on the buds & leafs.....SOOO you know imma try to immulate that when I grow them this winter!! I only have 7 so far, but I will chk ganja carefully b 4 I smoke to see if I find more! <I'm gonna do those def. in oxy-pots!!! Imagine, Mi5 x Purple Jem + Oxypots + 600hps + colder conditions during night may very well = that "burning bush" trait to show up! If not, maybe in the F2's because i'm gonna do all lower bud sites pollination of one of the girls.....gotta get a good seed stock of this cross....

If not..definitely @ F3..
so make sure to hit a few buds up at f2..to cover it.
(Everything turns up @f3...)
But..saying that..if I was in your position...
the front runner in the competition to be the First to Hybrid out...
I would pick the dominant cross on the F1's..and roll with that as priority.
The dominant cross is the one the plant Wants to be..
so it will be strongest and easiest to stabilise.
Plus..the fastest to hybrid.
So it should keep you ahead of the game...
You will still be able to make your special selection @f3..
but obviously it would take you to f7-8 to be able to hyb that selection.

My missus and i will be growing with 1000w, co2, as many pots that will fit in the dam thing and on 20/4 cycle will be running cheeseys 2 crosses
