I'm having a great time on this thread. Loving the pix of everyone's plants. Amazing stuff already.
Here's my pair. It turned out exactly how I was hoping--1 soil and 1 coco. They're random bagseeds so I know it's not a true comparison but it's fun seeing the differences anyway. I'm just starting a soil vs coco comparison with clones but they were just recently cut so nothing happening yet.
Anyway, here's my pix as of today. And yes, they're LST'd. That's what I do.

They look great bro. I love seeing LST'ed plants but better yet I'm getting to see the different styles that people use

I got 2 PCK to crack 1 is up The other is just cracking. Im shocked at how long these took. 7seeds soaked 8 hrs placed in paper towel for 60 hrs. There is still 5 in there I normally see mold this long in water. im going to do these in 20oz cups. I might hook up my 400 but it's still hot here I dont grow in the summertime.

here's a pic of the beer cup challenge one i defoliated last week, side by side with it's sister that is taller but doesn't have as large of bud sites yet, i think the defoliation does seem to work
beer cups are rad, but i'm using sapporo beer cans now too haha! i figure since they are tall it might be good for the tap root to really tap it you know

naw, those are too pricey for my wallet at the moment, if i'm going to spend that much i'd probably go with a different company too
i'm using a sunshine systems glowpanel 45, it is hanging off of a 250 watt hps for supplemental lighting
UPDATE: 41 DAYS FLOWER
Put my 400hps on until these 3 are done. I will re evaluate if I want to keep using it fo the other 6
day 35 at this point in a relationship I like to really start pampering my ladies

These pics were from over a week ago. I am really fucking up with this, but I still think I am a contender. I burned the plants with my 42w cfls trying to get them to grow tall enough to be under the 250w hps. The HOG is a female and the T*haze is looking female too, she just isn't shouting it yet. Both plants are not even flowering yet. I am counting on a good stretch period.
I'll get some better snaps this weekend. The T*haze x skunk no.1 is 18" tall now.

wow thai haze in a cup . thats going to take awile to flower and there not the easyest plants to grow. good luck
