usually it take a good couple months for the court records to be enter into the ststem. you should be good, as for next renewal u may have to explain. u can look up a check on urself online to see too. i forget the site but its free, do a search online.

unfortunately if they do a NCIC check he's screwed. That gets logged almost immediately. And if he's doing anything that will require a federal contract/clearance they will def. pursue that avenue instead of just the state and/or local level.

once arrested there is no such thing as it being 'expunged' unless the judge tells you it will be so AT trial.

example 1:
the OP cannot get his/her record expunged as it was not part of his plea deal.

example2:
I have an extensive criminal record, the only convictions that were ever expunged on my behalf came after when judge said, "If you do not appear in my court for the same charge within a years time these charges will be expunged, it will be as if it never happened."

The remaining 4 charges (2 misdemeanor & 2 felony) will always appear on my record no matter how much money I pay to whom for their services, they will never go away.

Really never say never bro LOL LOL... with money you can do just about anything..lol..this world is sooo full of SHIT!!!!:tiphat:

Start your own business. Felon can go get a business license, contracters license as long as you didn't commit fraud or are a sex offender. I have had several felonies and have had several business licenses

IF your job depends on a security clearance than you may be fucked unless you can get it expunged. Hire a lawyer and beat the charges or move to a med state and start growing.

are you talkin to me bud? sorry im not sure i know who you are, what handle did u used to use? i've had 3-4 handles on here deleted due to paranoia haha

i ran 2400w in a small ass apt once hahah that was a good grow. my buds and i just finished smokin that diesel about a month ago. that bud got me through some hard times man. haha anyways even if u werent talking to me thanks for bringing back good memories. i remember sittin for an hour at a time stoned and just watchin those plants grow!!! i cant wait to get growin again.

anyways i was kinda choked at the time when i made that post. i thought alot about it and fuck it i dont need no job. i was just really focussed on getting fully legit and having a socially acceptable life but its really not something i care about enough to make me lament over it. if i can keep a good job sweet if not im not gona bust my balls over it. i grew a plant and got caught and now i cant be a normal person but who the hell wants to be normal anyways.

supermanlives i like ur comments hahah keep it up man happy bday

how do you check your criminal record to see what needs to be expunged? I've gotten in trouble in 2 states and several counties. I'd like to start cleaning my record up.

I had to turn to the only person in the world who would hire me for anything but menial labor, and that would be me. To date the best thing that ever happened to me financially was being disqualified from the work force. When life hands you lemons, make lemonade and sell it for a profit.

Apartmentblower,
1)Talk to a real lawyer about being fired, you may be entitled to unemployment pay, which everyone knows, is far better than regular pay cause you get to smoke weed, play computer games, and still get paid.

2)While on unemployment consider going to college. I don't know what kind of programs are in Canada, but in america even if you have drug convictions you can get the Pell grant and Stafford loans (unless you are caught growing or dealing while receiving said funds).

3)My last job was as a courier, and it was my wife that actually had the job and got paid, but they didn't do background checks, just as long as your driver's license was legit. Granted we used our own vehicles, and it was 3rd shift, but I was paid $975 a week, spent about 300 in gas, put about 2500 miles a weeek on the vehicle, but I had no boss looking over my shoulder all night long and I smoked weed whenever I wanted. I miss that job so much now lol

Early this year I went to court for a felony. The aducation was withheld so technically I am not a convicted Felon.

But even just the arrest showing up on my record has made me lose more than one job.

It will be shit jobs for me until I finish my probation and get the record sealed.

WOW, u still got lucky man. That arrest record will go away eventually, the felony will stick with u like herpes. :tiphat:

amen i have all my rights restored AND expungements on everything.

it costs time and money but the judges never mentioned expungement in any of my cases.
