I tried a lil harder to get clear close up's of trichs on the cola's to show the amber's and average amount of trichs on each groups plants, not sure it was a total success but a lot better than earlier attempts!

Finally... A few pics of the nicer seed plants.

The smoke out will be a good one with these flavours to toke on, roll on Saturday!!! :watchplant:

Ohh! I forgot to mention, one corner (about 3 plants) have had a mini spider mite invasion!! They're to late to fuck anything up and I have hovered most that I could see off... I thought I seen mite damage, but thought early signs looked a lil like thrips damage... Seems you really can't hide the cheese from spider mites, I always read how much they love it! Mites, thrips bloody hell! I need to get my intake filter sorted and also give this room a good sterilization, beginning with a couple bug bombs when all is dry!

Wow Buddy! Looks like a Bumper, good on ya!
It just goes to show that MJ will & does just fine on basic Nutes, Something a Good Old friend of Mine was always preaching to me. Ok they will do OK but i still think the BC group have that something Extra & its clearly visible with extra & thicker Trich formation! Very Nice Buds man! Mmmmm,Sweet flavours. ya cant beat Organic Bud like that stuff, the taste/flavour is unbeatable imo.
Enjoy Your Harvest Bro! Good Luck
Peace....Scroger!

Hey scrogger what's good buddie :)

Thought I may get a few more replies after the last set of pics but seems no-one is biting :D:violin: lmao!
Your 100% right about the BC group, I kinda doubted that it would produce visible results but it sure has.... Something else I used Green Sensation Top activator by Plagron is also another product I'll be using again, buds are quite dense and holding weight after drying... Had to chop one of the cheese a bit early due to drought :D lol, I missed watering it a couple time and found it looking rather sorry, this has been drying for 4 days and nearly crisp (as its kinda warm where it's drying) and the bud is still pretty hard, weight at the moment of that plant minus stick is 28g's I expect it to loose another 2-4g's for a yiled of circa 24g's for the smallest cheese plant in there also pulled near a week earlier than the rest... Things are getting interesting!!! ;)

Maybe these shots will bring the regulars back in...

OG 'frosty as fook' Kush @ day 51 dayz

Now these are some stinky, sticky ass, good looking biyatches! For real... they're kinda putting everything else to shame as they progress. They have really nice looking buds and a shed load of trichs on em.

I'd encourage anybody to give any OG Kush or OG Kush crosses by a reputable breeder a try if you haven't already... You will not be dissapointed if these are anything to go by... One is a very nice yielder as well! The 2nd set of pics (OGKUSH X#2) looks just like the shot in the breeders advert for the strain.

Hi Frankie, what's good bro... Glad you approve :)

Looks like I'll be harvesting tomorrow after all had a surprise visit from some family. Had a good look around most today, most phat cola's, to check for mould. Seems all good, they been in darkness for 24 hrs already with humidity between 45 - 58 % I am tweaking the de humidifiers a bit to see if I can get it to be consistently under 50%.

Had one plant chopped a few days ago, it dried a bit too quickly (3 days) and I been burping it for a few days now, first signs are promising. Has the cheesey goodness alongside some really sweet flavour, as it dried so quick though there is still a chlorophyl/ bitter taste underneath. I will try and dry them quite slowly for say 7 days before the cure starts. No quick dry with this stuff as it seems to slightly screw being able to fully enjoy the cheesey goodness :joint:

great news, have fun trimming old chap, lol. at least you'll have some early ready cheese to keep you going. you gonna use any mechanical aids apart from a scissor? how long you recon it will take you? always a cool moment when the time comes to cut them down, even if t is a hell f a lot of work and stress some times.

Hey GM, good of you to stop by mate.

Is trimming ever fun? lol, try to keep myself happy by playing some Bob:rasta: smoking the scissor/ finger hash and drinking some nice cool tropical fruit juice... Does the trick for me... With the tent open its got a tropical vibe in there :D

I got through 20 plants with a slightly loose trim which I'll clean up later, this evening after my visitors had left. Still a load more to do :hide: Things are looking positive yield wise though, i was surprised @ just how dense the lower nuggets had become on most of the 20 I got through. Clearly there is popcorn but not half as much as I there anticipated. These were all control group plants. When the plants are all on a tray it's hard to gauge what the bottom half's look like, lots of limbs had also fallen under weight :) Apart from a few most have been in the same place on the tray since the start of the grow, so once I started taking em off, I could see there were some rather nice nugs hiding away down below.

The one I chopped early is smoking qiute nicely now, less of green taste now as the cheesey goodness creeps through :joint: also it held weight nicely by staying quite dense, if these ones do the same maybe one of my better runs...

Have a lil peek @ about 20 harvest control group cheese....

dude please don't smoke the scissor hash fresh, put that stuff some where out of the way for a few months and then smoke it, it's like day and night i tell you. you will find the flavors so intensely fantastically old school after a bit of a cure, while fresh it can be nice too, but you can't compare with it after a cure. that stuff is treasured by me at the moment, just smoked some of my sdxcj jarass last night in a joint with a small amount of top 44 and a bit of american spirit tobacco, yumy :joint:

He who sins against the cheese sins against the lord i tellz ya !:scripture: exodus chapter 1 : 2 - 10

I'm really green with envy looking at all those hanging buds dude good luck with the yield .

W'sup guys...

hey Gm , most of the first batch of scissor hash is pretty much all smoked up :joint::D lol! Needed it to numb the back pain, but I know exactly what you mean I had some that was just a lil over a week old that had been curing in a tin and it was stupid! The thick smoke it produces was overpowering to say the least.... Just to pulls and you feel the hit, plus got the sweat on you nose if you guys know what I mean.

Thanks STUPPA man, I appreciated it. They do look awfully cheese'esque don't they mate?! You gave me a good laugh with that one :D If it is BB cheese they definitely look the part from the photo's I seen of exodus on the net, but again I don't really give a hoot @ this point as they smell and taste pretty spot on. Good enough representation till I knowingly smoke some exodus and compare to see if the cheesey search has ended or not ;)

I still have some strawberry cheezel which is really 2 of my favourite strains combined, so I have high hopes to find something really nice in that lot.

That is 1 lights worth of plants plus a couple from under another light, so yield is looking like it might be ok... Today came the labourious task of doing it all over again, whoopie! :1help: with the addition of stripping away the lower pants stuff for bubble :help:

Wish me luck ay :D lol

What's up killerweed! :)

Thanks for the props bro, they are very much appreciated! Got another 25 cut down yesterday... these were plants that had the leaves starting to wilt so it made the trim a lil easier allowing me to do another 5 plants in the time I did 20 the day before... Hope this doesn't speed up drying to much... Temp is 25 and humidity 60% slightly off target here as I read 20-24C and 50% humidity is where it's @ for the 7 day dry.

It's amazing how much nutes the plants sucked out there leaves in 1 day, a few of the ones I trimmed yesterday where still kinda green 2 days back this was after 7 days of water and carbs, and 7 days of water only. When I went in to chop em yesterday they had yellowed up nicely. These lot have had a real good flush so I expect them to taste good.

ahah :D nice! I knew something was missing here! :D
I like the idea of scissor hash curing but what would i use to compensate
myself imediately for the hard work? :D
Maybe the previous crop's hash... but that would never survive...

Glad you've succeeded, seems plenty!!
Lazy ass trimming :D but its a lot of work for a guy i know.
Maybe another round with the scissor before hitting the bottles
for some nice material for extractions and to rippen some tricomes
for a nice added scent.
I would like to grow that cheese clone one day, seems so beautyfull.
How's the high?
All the best!!

top grow and pleasure watching you grow it sshhh...enjoy the fruits of your labours and thanks for the experiments!! top stuff!!

Yo! Frankie, ahhh you notice the rather 'loose' once over type trim they got ay! lol, I'll be giving them another lil trim don't worry matey. As you say the work is tremendous once you get started all hopes of doing it in 1-2 days soon become the reality of staggered harvest over 3-4 days when I get started, the misses doesn't help as she gets sneezing fits from the trimming. So it's all on me :D She sure will be fast enough to skin up a joint though! Trust me!!

That trim will definitely be used for some cheesey bubble I hear that it's some of the best!

Hey John good of you to stop by mate! Thanks for the kind comments always appreciated :) Results of the experiment should start rolling out next week.

Well I gotta get a last load of pics in before the seedplants are also chopped down, I kept a couple of cheese going to see what the difference is between 9week and 10week cheddar, taste & high wise... Look out for more on that...

For the moment though here's the last set of live plant pics of the all of the seedplants all @ day 54 in the pics (yesterday)

AK47's

The best looking one has basically stayed that way until now, but getting her sisters some better light has shown a little more of what they're about. Nice greasy skunky fruit tones coming off the largest one. The more sative looking gal is more of fruity one, and the wee lil one favours her bigger indica leaning sister.

picture.php

LM's

I'm really pissed that these didn't get more light to shine! Towards the end they have really started to smell and look the part, the initial 2 I favoured are still on a pedestal for the moment but there's another that is contesting them. The other 3 are also looking really nice, so I can't really discount any just yet... the proof as always will be in the pudding

OGee Kush Krazee!

OG KUSH S1

Well I don't know if you guys remember shorty and stretch the 2 OG Kush s1's I had, well I shorty as u may recall was culled due to het weak ass stature and growth, her sister stretch was I embarrassingly feed with feed meant for the cheese on 2 occasions :hide: this burnt the shite out of the poor lass, all fans leafs dropped and hardly any growth for a week or so, but in my effort to taste what it was like cause she was a stinker I continued on with the raggedy ass remnants that was stretch pre burn :D Well here she is in all her glory! Lmfao!! At least I will see what the smoke is like, all 2 joints off it :D

OG KUSH X

Onto some serious looking OG Kush... These ones are said to have been from an s1 run. One particular plant was so nice (so they say) they had to re-feminize it and release as a seperate OG Kush strain. I suppose its really OG Kush x OG Kush.... Whatever this shit is I am fan... kinda beating on it being the Fire... the dank... the downright stankiest of stank... it does seem that good, and it looks the fooking bomb IMHO!

Finally.... The last cheese standing!

As I mentioned before I have left a couple cheese plants to go the full 10 weeks to not differences between week 9 harvest and week 10 harvest. This is one of said gals @ 67 dayz in...

oh man you lucky sod, wish i had that harvy of cheese to look forward to, nice peace of mind having great quality stash enough for months. will be most interesting to see how your comparison went taste and hit wise?

will interesting to know how much difference the extra week makes too?

you got a new batch of clones ready to go? i'm being lazy at the moment, just enjoying my stash with the knowledge that i have nothing growing at home. but i need to get moving even the biggest stash run out and it will be 3 months after i finish the box before i have new supplies. mind you i might get lucky with some of my guerrilla plants and they survive and are good phenos?

anyway sweet job and grats on the pull........
