How long will it take MFT to pass a drug test?

Alright so it's day 4 on part II of cleaning up

Pee was literally like water, almost didnt even smell like pee, looked drinkable!
Drank a crapload to dilute to the max to see how passable things are on day 4 of no smokey

Basically failed this time around, although there's a verrrrry faint line signifying a pass which is good.

Havent been drinking a ton of water the last 4 days, but did today right before using one of these strips -

why not buy one of those fake dicks called wizinator with the perfect piss and a kit to keep it at the perfect temp. even if they stare at your cock as long as you only expose the front of the wizinator no one should suss anything.

Was offered to buy some time so figured that was the safest way, really don't want to risk anything and lose this opportunity.
Heard from a friend that this testing company watched him almost directly which would make substitution a little sketchy.
Can just rely on a bottle of someone else's clean pee in and use that if possible, but if not, it'll be nice to have clean pee, too.

Just don't want to rely on substitution as the sole way out of this in case they watch. Which is very unlikely, but possible.
I duno, this is all so fuckin stupid.
If this wasn't the 1 good chance available and things weren't the way they were it'd be worth risking but if this gets screwed up then things will be really bad.

Seems like 1-2 bucks a piece. Got the cheap ones this time without any plastic, just the paper strips, around 1 buck each if you get 20

What a wild ride MFT. For what it's worth, I would go with the "someone else's clean pee". I have used this method many times successfully using a cleaned Elmer's Glue bottle taped to the inner thigh resting against the jewels to keep body temp. PM me for specifics if needed.

I am in a similar situation just don't know when the test is. :-(

Keep in mind that there are two (or more?) pee test levels. The most common for pre-employment is 50 ng. After a work place accident and sometimes pre-employment a more stringent 25 ng test is used. (I think the measure is nanograms of marijuana metabolite per liter).

Blood tests are much more accurate than pee tests for determining recent usage as blood metabolite levels drop within hours. You can pass a blood test with just a few days of abstinence.

Sadly, the amount of time it takes to get clean enough to pass a pee test varies widely not just by person, but at different times for the same person. For example, it once took me 12 days to get clean to the 50 ng level. Another time, it took me 104 days. I had been smoking less before the 104 day test, so it is a mystery to me.

I found a couple of studies on this posted on the web a while back. I read one written from the point of view of when the test could be used for parolees (the author was making the point that people were failing for marijuana use prior to their conviction). Looking at the data in the study and the references, it was clear that this is not a well understood subject. More medical studies/research are needed. (Or we can legalize and ban these fucking tests.)

Anyway, most of the advise about drinking this or that, etc. is total bullshit. Urban legends that formed out of the fact that it can take dramatically different amounts of time to get clean. Someone takes 10 days and his buddy takes 5 and drinks some magic potion. Was it the potion or would it have been the same outcome either way?

Labs test for adulterants, so be careful with advise to add anything to the urine after peeing.

The one thing that does work is drinking lots of water prior to the test because they are measuring the dilution of the metabolites in the urine. Also, don't make it your first piss of the day.

Fake piss works quit being paranoid dude just make sure it is warm enough before you walk into the place. They come with a heat pack used in camping and have temps strips on them to show you the temp of the fake pee. I had a buddy who did not pass because he did not heat the stuff up enough they did not do anything just told him it was not warm enough but they did inform the hiring company and yes he did not get the job...Good luck with whatever you do...

One more comment... a lot of people think that you have to burn off the fat cell to get the THC out. Not true. What happens is when you have high blood serum levels of THC, most is processed by your liver, but some is soaked up by fat cells. As the blood levels go down, the fat cells slowly release the THC back into the blood. There are no studies that show that exercise or dieting causes the cells to release the THC more quickly.

This is just a guess by me, but I think it is reasonable to assume that each fat cell can only hold so much THC and therefore the more/larger fat cells you have the more THC your body can store. (There is not much info available on this for free on the web. Perhaps a doctor with access to a medical study database can comment.)

Fun fact: Pee tests do not test for THC. They test for the metabolites released into your urine by your liver after it processes the THC from your blood.

Ugh, I know, I'm bein a big baby about this. Thanks for the encouragement and the info, it helps. My gut upon getting the news said to suck a vape bag down and to substitute. Well, I sucked that last vape bag down 5 days ago thinking FUCK YOU ASSHOLES and "Well got nothin to lose now"..but then convinced myself to not substitute... Man I dunno what to do..Guess I gotta make up my mind soon..

And a progression for those who may be in this situation one day

Here's the scenario
Daily toker for years, 1/4 to 1/2 ounce per week
Occasionally honey oil but mostly vaping
As of the last previous month, mostly smoking

Officially stopped July 1
Prior to that, a 5 day clear up period in the early weeks of June, although went back at it up until July 1
After the 2nd week of June, it was more like 1/4 a week

Very athletic, fast metabolism, low body fat
It's a pee test
Been smoking on and off but basically daily for at least 5 years, and another 5 years before that to a lesser but nearly equal extent

Give your best guess
Winner gets....nothing?

it's lucky they are giving you the time, i think you will pass, due to the earlier brake and only short time of use after the brake.

it is totally crazy that someones job future could depend on some fucking metabolites being in their piss or not and not on how well or bad they do their job.
