looking great! have you thought about pruning out some of the smaller shoots and budsites to allow better airflow and light penetration? As it stands I think alot of the lower shoots and budsites won't be too productive because the upper canopy will block alot of light, if you prune the lower stuff out you'll end up with less fluff and all the tops will be massive.
Just my .02, for what its worth.

I will do minimal pruning at the bottom of the plants.

But not a lolly-pop cut to concentrate the growth into big buds. Often my biggest buds go moldy and have to be chopped away.

So allowing the yield to spread out on all the branches is beneficial.

Anything that is too small and wispy will go in my trim pile for making hash. I am looking forward to that ounce of melty bubble.

Thanks,

Ganja D one day I hope to grow them how you and Humboldtlocal have them, in full sun when plenty of space.

nice...and I think you'll end up with a little more than an ounce of bubble hash!!
Can't wait to see them all in full flower!

Looks like flowering was triggered on the 14th with 14 hours of light.

Being an 8 week finisher, it means harvest is after the first week of Oct.

Over the last month we had a couple severe storms, most of them survived the strong winds over 60+ mph

I did lose one to wind damage and one to sickness, and a few are blown over and leaning on the fence and each other. A couple branches fell on top of them.

But the rest have made it through and I am nearing harvest time.

I really slacked off on checking on the plants the last few weeks and iam surprised to see almost no budrot this year.

There is a bit of PM on the fans, but thats no worry at this point.

Nice dude!!

I also had some branches broken due to strong wind, and rain.

You should have a great smoke with all that buds :)

This is my DIY power trimmer I built a few weeks ago to help with harvest.

I call it the Weed Wacker.

I re-purposed an old electric well pump I found, it uses plastic trimmer line as the cutting blade.

It did well, everything is trimmed and hanging after 4 days of work.

This is a nice ball of hash that was scraped off the grill grate:
