Well they had root rot and stem rot so bad in the cloner there was no way i could keep em in there. I put em in dirt and a day later they were much happier.

I find it easier to pop beans in a jiffy pellet or whatever and then just cut the top off and throw it in the cloner (unless you want a mother obviously)

I did that. I didnt cut the top off but thats how i did it. I had two in there already that had rot.

i would say that the water level inside the cloner your using to veg is too high. the bubble/spray inside the cloner is causing the rot, since the stems are staying too wet... here is what i suggest.. use a timer on the air pump and make it 30 on 30 off.. or 45 off, 15 on.. thats what i run in my cloner and it works greeat.. only once in a while do a get rot, and thats if they are in there for 3-4 weeks...

Ive made a bubble cloner instead of the aerocloner. Ive cloned the PPPs and white afghan. Hope it goes a little better this time. Original PPP in dirt still.

I didn't get a chance to reply but dude WTFuck!!! LoL Those roots are EXPLOSIVE bro!!! You have it down and all your roots will look like that from now on man.. Did you use a rooting compound?

I used cloneX and tap water PHed down, New water every day. When do i introduce nutes?

Dude everyone that talks about rooting says that clonex is the best!! They really do look fucking fat as hell bro. Those roots are coming out the side full force! Mine are still in the ezcloner and I waited till they started becoming increasingly yellow before adding nutes. The roots are the length of my forearm now. Gonna transfer tonight to hydro.

Also how will you feed? I'm using the EC scale now. Far less food then I fed before but I noticed that using this method allows the plant to speak back to you and ask for more if needed.

Did you start flushing? I haven't seen an update on your page.

I started feeding at 350PPM which is a .5 EC and they are doing great bro. I would start low.

Im not sure what the ec scale is but im sure u will give me a link. I gotta shut down the PC, we got a huge storm coming in. Ill be flushing with water for the last week. Ive used cha-ching and bud candy for this week.

Sorry man I kinda said that wrong. EC is the same as PPM. I just meant I'm using the scale as in trying to not go over 2 EC. With the Lucas formula I noticed that 8/16 in a gallon reaches up to 1700PPM after pH calibration. 1400PPM is 2 EC so you see where I'm going. I just want it lower and check to see if I get better results.

Whats good bro. I just started the 5-10 today for my clones. Gonna ramp it up to 8-16 on week 3 of flower. I do believe the Lucas formula is the best thing next to spam

And for those that do not like spam.. I recommend you try it with fried onions and garlic.. GOOD!!!

Though the potting mix gals tend to like it lighter so that's why I'm keeping them approximate to the 1.5EC level of 1050. They just received plain water last feeding so the next will be 1400. If they take it well then I will amp that up as well the feeding after the next. I'm getting pretty decent crystallization on the low EC I'm using now so that definitely makes me wonder "what is the right EC" but I know that's all plant specific and needs to be honed by the user.

I’m in So Cal waiting for the heat of summer to abate….but have a happy PPP mom in veg ready to hit the ground running when things cool off in the fall.

So those that are ahead of me in their PPP hydro grows….post away those PPM numbers…or any tips that you have specific to PPP….keep it coming.

Same formula ratio... just 60% more food.

That's a pretty good sum up. It will drive up your ppm's but you are cutting out all the additives. You can use Cal/Mag if using RO or powdered Kool Bloom if you want chem dogs recipe but it's solid bro. Many old school growers use it till this day.
