Why would you want to carry 8 oz on you all the time? You do understand that the 1 oz is only the amount you can carry with you? You can keep as much as you can grow in a 5x5 you just cant carry it with you and why would you want to. At the very least 1lb every 2months is easy to do

Not to mention ... 10x10? Was that an arbitrary "doubling" or what? I mean, 10x10 is four times as much as 5x5! It has been shown that just about any knucklehead could grow 3.5 lbs in a 5x5, so the same knucklehead should be able to pull off 14 lbs every 2 months in a 10x10.

So my question to these people is... why do you feel you need to injest 3.65 ounces of cannabis a day? (And why would you need to CARRY twice that around with you?)

You do know that if you're going over to your homie's house, he can ALSO grow 5x5? He's not gonna need yours.

The math: 14 lbs = 6,350g.
6,350g/62 days (number of days in 2 long months): 102.41g per day.
102g/28g= 3.65 ounces.

why do yall keep thinking federal legalization is gonna happen if it happens in california...

medmarijuanamap.png

californians always have this attitude of smug "the rest of the country wants to be on our progressive bandwagon":

well wake up because they dont.

only a handful have medical laws, and restrictive ones at that.

most of the country does NOT back california, in fact i get the general feeling that most of the country hates california. (outside of smokers that is) we are the liberal bastion of Obama, anti-gun, anti constitution, illegal immigrant and welfare coddling, sanctuary state that repulses most red blooded conservative americans. Unless Sarah Palin comes out endorsing federal legalization or some shit LOL...i dont see it happening.

we already covered this in one of the threads where i multi quoted you saying noone is influenced by california at all...obama...red blooded conservatives....hippies...etc
...then in the second part of the multi quote you were saying that california was a HUGE influence on other states passing THIER med laws....asking me if i was being sarcastic...i believe i posed the question "which is it" to you and dont remember if you answered...but i took a couple days off from the threads to cool down,(not from you) so forgive me if you already explained the two different trains of thought...

yesprop215,

you are in Cali and you dont know what influences come out of Cali.

im in Fla i speak with people regarding Medical Cannabis and they ARE slowly changing their mind b/c they see that in liberal Cali Medical Cannabis hasnt played out to be what the govt wanted us to believe.

now you can claim a Medical Necessity Defense in Fla if caught in poss or cultivating Cannabis and the Fla Supreme Court would not have made that decision had it not been for Prop215 and the other medical states.

tell us again that you know what the people in the bible belt think and what influences them.

As far as I'm concered each and every one of these threads have come close to running their coarse......

at the moment, i'd have to agree.... however, this issue is far from dead, and will only gather more supporters and opponents as the year progresses..

will be an interesting year no doubt.

Well you know all that shit I said about 19 destroying 215 and sb420,...

I was wrong,...

In the official arguements againt 19 Feinstien had this to say

"Proposition 19 makes no changes either way in the medical marijuana laws."

Yeah pretty close to what I've been asking for all along!

Well until that statement made official ballot materials it well "wasn't true because of all the grey areas an inconsistencies.

Can't believe the real opponents of 19 gave us what we patients need!

Autobots let roll!

So now that I'm a convert whose no position do I need to destroy?

215 converted over to a yes vote on 19 and wanted to know who he could work on to convert them. I suggestd KB. That should be a challenge..... I'd be seriously impressed......

Well his primary arguement "greed" and lifestyle maintence are easy to beat.

Since the two will remain two distinct issues now,.. he can continue to ggrow all the fuck he wants under 215 and can give it directly to other patients without limitation.
As for excise taxes and marijuana specific permits one could easily beat those in court on 5th ammendment grounds. However income taxes would still be required (but he is paying em allready I assume so that's not really an issue)...

The fact is that now it will be easier to carry trays of clones in a car because they will be under 5x5...

I think you all know I also am a (reluctant) convert....meaning I will be voting yes, but I will not cease to bring up valid points, both for, and against--:tiphat:
Sooo...besides Feinstien's comments not being legally binding to this Law....if you remember, after 215 passed, many tried to use the argument that because the Anti's said on Official Ballot fliers, that "Prop 215 is in fact, 'Legalization' of Marijuana"--
That didn't fly then, and Diane's comment will mean nothing also--
I do however, believe that 19 will not immediately effect 215...but I also feel that down the road, the Anti's will try to sway Public Perception to believe that 215 is obsolete, and no longer needed--

Kmk go read the published decision for the Kelly case you will then understand how voter intent works.

There are now 5 places in OFFICIAL VOTER MATERIALS that relate to protecting current mmj laws. The first 3 are in the initiative itself, then you have the arguement in favor which states "protects medical cannabis patients rights" and in the arguement against where they said current mmj laws won't be affected,.. I'm pretty sure you can guess how an appelate court would rule on that and publish a decision.
The thing is nobody used the 215 arguement of "legalization" in their original trial so there was nothing for an appelate court to make a ruling on.

Lol jj I don't know if I should tell ya,.. but I will give you a hint I've probably taught more people how to start legal weed companies than Richard Lee and I did it for FREE here on icmag!

Let's just leave well enough alone actually,..

I'm just fucking excited because 215 is protected 100% no arguement bout that since all sides claim it won't be affected now!

Sorry, but Feinstein saying something doesn't mean two farts to me, or to the judge who would be deciding the outcome of your case. If it's not in the law, it doesn't exist.
