Aren't dispensaries worth a ton of cash because of the moratorium??? I've heard of some selling for ridiculous $$$.

Only if they will get past the State Reqs, too. So, if the State says if you weren't growing your own in a legally permiited, licensed space as of July 1st, 2010 you get shut down, even if it takes them till next summer to shut you down, you are done, and that location can't apply to the State for 2 years after that! I suspect many Dispensaries have been operating without the proper zoning permits or business licenses, and know they won't get approved by the State so they are either trying to find a sucker to buy their operation or doing the more ethical thing, which is to shut their doors.

The forms for the State are so invasive, I also suspect some will not be willing to fill out those forms. What if you've been living on CASH for the past 5 years and now the State wants your bank statements and tax returns, how will you explain that WHEN they ask "HOW DO YOU LIVE? HOW WILL YOU FUND YOUR DISPENSARY OPERATION?" I don't think anyone wants to say "I've been making 50K a month slinging weed, brah, I got the coin to do this!"

Bud, if I was making 50K a month last thing i'd want to do is open a dispensary. Man they would be up in your junk wanting back taxes and all that shit. If your life calling is to help the sick you don't need a store for that.

I actually know Kathleen and I can promise she has done way more good than you have for the movement.

You really are just a miserable human being

Hahahaha Fuckin stalker! Like I care what your opinion is in regards to what I've done....hahaha! I have been on national tv defending medical cannabis on the senate floor and debating medical cannabis with senators face to face as well as locally, as I recall you were never there. So think I give a fuck what you think. And no I am not miserable, quit the opposite, I am very happy. Family is healthy, plants are always kicking ass, spending tons of time with the kids...etc. Sound miserable to anyone else....hahaha

Show me were I have bitched about anyone making money? Ripping people off for bs meds and plants, sure I will bitch all day. I believe it was you that threw EVERY CG in the state under your bus and said we all need to be giving 2 oz away free to every patient and never charging more than $200 a zip, otherwise we are ripping people off. That was you, and then you tell someone that is planning on moving to Co. that there is plenty of money to be made. Make up your mind. It seems easier for you to insult me on this site than it is for you to be consistent on your answers. Thats probably how you grow as well, all over the fucking place.

Wish you guys would've kept that idiot Dr Reefer up there.

If you are referring to the one in Boulder he sold his shop, which he claims did $85k per month, for $200,000. There is a related dispensary somewhere on Broadway in Denver (his Mother owns it?) and I think there is still one operating somewhere in Colorado Springs.

But Tharmer you told me in another thread that I didnt know what I was talking about when I started talking about dispensary price between 200k and 500k... I guess my numbers were right. You know why I know about the prices of dispensaries Tharmer, because we researched heavily into buying one, we considered many all over the state. Good thing we found another avenue...

My answer in that 'other post' was:

On the pricing I am most certainly not wrong. There are a number of people in the state who tried to sell their dispensaries for $500k, a larger number shot for $250k but a huge number would settle for $100k or less. (Somebody mentioned CCF, a dispensary I could have owned for $75k). The real deals are not on craigslist. Just like in real estate, the real deals are hard to find and go to the first person to uncover them. On June 20th I could have purchased 50% of a dispensary on Broadway for $15,000. Not $150k, but $15k. The deals are all over the state. If you look in little mountain towns you'll find all kinds of deals.

But you go right on trying to assassinate me because in your simple little head $200,000 and $300,000 are the same thing. :biglaugh:
