in bc, what judge, jury , police or crown are willing to charge and try someone for doing what hc is not willing to do: provide medical grade cannabis and seeds.

hc seeds and grass are garbage, and a waste of tax payers dollars. if a doctor claims its okay for their patients to use, posses and consume cannabis, how can they be charged, even with the great article provided above?

Okay this is my 2 cents for what it's worth LOL :
#1 look at our Gov outline . I have worked with the Gov before and there is one thing I know they never stop making somthing theirs.. they regulate the shit right out of somthing till there is nothing left lol. Not as if they do it for us either that is one of the biggest jokes out there.. #2.. They want you to buy their gear lol Yeah their gear SUCKS!!! and they just don't care. I heard they could go higher on the THC but were told to stay in the 7 and 8% range because others thought it was too strong lol lol Okay then .. More like the harvest and money.. but lets say they are telling the truth whats with all the sticks in the weed?? LOL They sell it for $5.00 a gram and Canadians owe them 1/2 a million I think it is on fronts LOL LOL.. BAD DEALERS I guess with shitty weed. When there is nothing else this is what you will settle for.
#3.Then there is the fact that there are ppl in this movement lets call it that have gone over and worked for "BIG PHARMA"...

Doctor don't want you to feel euphoric and that is what a lot of ppl that smoke are looking for.

One of the growers for the club was busted just recently and as far as Maple Ridge they just didn't have their paperwork in order.. And which place are you talking about on Commercial the really old place that got busted years ago LOL LOL LOL yeah that was funny and those guys went to town on bud LOL LOL and they were not a medical club. But the club is still going on Commercial lol..
The Gov had a sit down with all the clubs/UBC/doc/researchers 1 week ago and told them they doing a great job and they were very impressed with all they were doing. So the tide is turning.
