The bottom line is; that stealing is stealing and that is wrong!!! They could have done alot of things and got away with it but the power companies do not take kindly to theives. The companies want their money too.
arent they raising commercial rates...they have been playing lots of radio about the new rate increases and peak hours, etc...

This is the question you have to think about with this situation. Why are there bigger, sanctioned grows in Oakland, the East Bay,SF and SJ? These guys were not attempting to be legit and medical for the extra profits. Damn crooks.

Yeah, not feeling the empathy for the rapist who steals power. Imagine how much PG&E was losing on that. Imagine how that translates to my bill--yep, always more rate hikes. Lots of collectives run crazy numbers these days with no one knocking on their doors. I'm thinking it's probably the power theft that started the investigation in the first place.
And Greyskull, while I agree with the sentiment, I'm thinking the hookers aren't likely. That would involve paying for it and having the woman's permission. Unless all his legal troubles are one big frame up, I don't think he's into either of those things. ;-)
