This all sounds very good! I just started a plot of Lowryder last week that gets about 5 hours in the direct light in the center of a giant stand of lilac bushes. Hopefully I'll have some good results. Also doing some Columbine out in the wilderness in near some rivers and marshy areas. Usually plant those at the beginning of summer, leave em alone and go for another hike in the fall to harvest what survived

No those plants were two days ago. Although at my 2nd plot, i have plants that should be bigger than these. I just cant go there until next week. and im looking forward to see how much they have grown in 3 weeks, as im sure you are too.
superb update, your plants are looking great. good to see they are so well established.

I hear ya. Between the drought, triple digit temps and these damn bugs that are out of control this year I'm hoping for a semi decent finish. At least we don't have the summer we had back in '06. so much rain and flooding then.
On the plus side, my indoor grow is back up and running now:
Have 1 O.haze, 1 warlock and 2 blue Himalaya diesel's growing, and 2 mandala #1's cuts (hopefully female) in the bubble cloner waiting for roots to show. Also waiting on my swazi skunk to get here so I can pop those beans.
Yea brother I feel you on the drought. It was hard for me to water all my different plots and I lost a few to underwatering. Still got some nice ones though, a few over waist height!! Everything still looks great for you and I look forward to new pics. I just got a few pics on my thread
get some dead foilage on the dirt around your plants to help keep the soil moist. They will stay wet much longer.

Yea the 100 degree days were killer. I went out to one of my plots and when i got out of the woods i looked like i had just jumped into a pool
Good to hear your indoor setups doing well. What setup are you runnin? And the O. haze mmh. I still have some thai haze x skunk i want to pop. How long do you think your haze will flower for? And damn youre also running some other good strains too.

Damn you brought water out to your spots? nice. MY spots are by a creek but i didnt water them. Hopefully this rain were getting now pops up all my plants
hi nick. i read the 1st page or so and just want to say,,, i plant 2 seeds/ pot. i need to transport also. i figure i kill 1 because of males. i figure 2 get killed because of deer, bugs etc.,,. BUT, i grow 2 plants next to each other and sometimes they are both females. i dont have a problem. i call this my good luck. i have giant stalks next to each other and they both grow giant for me. im also saying no bending( but i try to most of the time). many plants get left to do as they want and they are growing within 20 cm of each other. im done digging giant holes for 1 plant. waste of time. now i prepare hole for 5 plant and have great success if only 2 or 3 live there. i grow for #s. i cant figure on 1 hole 1 plant b.s. i learned my lesson on back breaking work for a rabbit to come and destroy it.

my closet set up. Its 2'x1'x5' but I only use 3 feet of it max, running PLL's. At the moment I got the following going and will start a thread in the micro section soon. 3 swaziskunks, 1 O.haze, 1 mandala #1 (one failed to root), 1 warlock, 1 motivation, and 2 blue Himalaya diesels (af). The warlock and motavation will be my new mama's so they'll be going into the mom/clone box soon. The O.haze will be lst'd big time and will probably start 12/12 on that one in a week. The last one I grew went 13 weeks then I pulled it. The 2 autoflowers can go anywhere. Yea I prefer quality genetics over quantity. I don't drink except for a couple beers now and then, but love me some good kick ass weed.
Glad for the rain this week and we got a storm going through now. I hate going up to water every few days in the drought because I don't see a big difference in the growth like I do if I go up every 10-14 days.

Heres an update of my 2nd plot. havent been out to this one in about 6 weeks. plants look great. most were about 5 ft tall. I am VERY happy to see these plants were doing so well. Sorry all these pics are sideways. I dont know how to rotate them on my mac.

I thought i topped this one but it looks like its growing 3 main tops.
Oh yea and this is one confused plant. its growing single leafs and already showing pollen sacs.
