Anyone else grow a lot but not smoke?

I have a feeling I'm gonna be the only one on this boat lol.

For years I smoked a lot, multiple times a day, most would say excessive at times. Over the last year, as my collective got larger, I started smoking less, and then a few months ago I stopped all together. It has probably been over 60 day's since I smoked last.

Anyone else the same way?

never really got into vaping. When i was slowing down (but still smoking) I would tend to do what I normally did in terms of method- one of the bongs.

i sometimes don't smoke orvape for like a month , sometimes longer and i also keep on growing then

it seems as if thegrows go by faster then cuz when stoned i tend to look a lot at the plants , when sober i just take care of em and for the rest don't look at em , and before i know they are ready

LOL - I am on the other end of the spectrum (this boat is so full we are throwing people overboard/eating them already!)- I smoke allot but have nothing growing (for now)!

but i once read a story from some dude on another grow forum. he grew for years and made tons of bubble. and then one day he was looking at his MASSIVE bubble stash and he just lost all his passion for smoking and stopped it. he said the moment he realized he had reached his dream from years back, having tons of weed and bubble hash available, he just lost his desire for the stuff. maybe something like this happend to you you just lost your appetite?

I suppose that is possible. I think it's also that I am more clear headed, get more done, am not as hungry all the time lol, and tend to feel better. Obviously it is different for every person.

I just find it ironic/sort of funny that my profession is what it is and I don't touch the stuff. Sorta like owning a BMW car dealership yet having no interest in cars, and continuing to drive a 1995 Chevy Pickup truck when you could be driving a M5 for free.

I smoke far less then people I know that dont grow, I know peeps that burn over a oz per month. Even when Im sitting on like # I'd say me and my girlfirend combined only smoke like a 1/4 ounce per month. I dont know how people can spend such a high percentage of their earnings on weed, if I had to buy I probly wouldnt even smoke, I know I couldnt afford to drop $400 a month on weed.

This is a very good point. One of the factors that has not motivated me to start up again is the fact that my partner smokes far more then $400 retail of bud per month, and all I see is $$$$ going down the drain.

I've recently stopped smoking too. Been about 3 weeks. Kind of enjoying it. I'm more sensitive now then I was when I was stoned all day. Don't want to here any noise in the mornings etc, but I'm sure that will go away.

I don't grow a lot like your title says, but I still grow for personal use even though I have quit. I'll have a nice little stash for when I decide to start again.

I haven't stopped forever. Gotta find another job soon. That's the real reason behind me quitting.

I would NEVER work with a partner, there really is no upside. You may only have to do half the work but in the end you only end up with half the harvest. If half is what you want just to an op half the size and be done with it. If he is sucking up more than his share of the bounty you really need to end that relationship.

Shit, one of my friends has a 3kw grow and he almost never has weed to sell. Him and his two partners smoke about 1-2# a MONTH.

Me, I rarely smoke before I'm done working. Since I work about 16 hours a day I rarely have time to sit, let alone watch tv or smoke. Smoking is my reward for getting a ton of shit done every day.

My wife on the other hand smokes pretty regularly, but I think she's cut back too. When you've got 30 strains of weed and 10 kinds of hash and oil just sitting around it kinda loses its appeal I guess. But it's fun to have some smokers over and mix up a fat "salad bowl" of a buncha things and knock them on their ass.

I also think it's good to test your product before moving it out, so you know what it needs for next time and how to pitch it to your patients. Stony, energetic, causes munchies, tastes like catpiss, etc.

the weed scene has gotten better, but not the prices. theres more seeds and weed than ever
