My Lime flavored BubbaKush has been the carrier of all Sour Bubble seeds.

Sour Bubble would be a Lime Bubba Kush that is way to the Kush side to the point of being for all intents and purposes a lime kush.

That sour bubble clone was selected from my Bogbubble many years ago now...back in the day.

Without trying to drag this through the mud, I can't help but feel confused when it comes to the sour bubble. Can anyone explain this to me please? In the first comment from bog it says a lime flavored bubba kush has carried all sour bubble seeds.

Then a few comments later bog says something in a round about way that sour bubble ?would be? a lime bubba kush. That sour bubble came from bogbubble. So in there lies my confusion.

Having always been under the assumption the sour bubble specimen came from a special bogbubble, then seeds made by being backcrossed with bogbubble to start stabilizing. I was not under the assumption any lime flavored bubba kush were involved.

What is all this talk about lime flavor bubba kush?
Really I could care less about the folklore, and wish for clarification about these genetics. The names do not mean a thing to me, only the traits within the seed lot.
I snagged a few packs of bogbubble in hopes of the chance of finding a similar specimen to the sourbubble in the f2's. Even if it is not to be found, due to odds and distrubution of traits all I want to know is if it is even in these genetics or if other genetics were used in the crosses at some point in time. Not looking to waste my time if the possibility is not even there due to other genetics being involved in sour bubble.

If I am off base and the reference to lime flavor bubba kush is just a reference to describe her, please accept this apology for assuming. Not trying to sling mud, only confused. Would have just gotten one pack of sour bubble and one pack of bogbubble instead of a few bogbubble packets if different genetics were introduced to the sour bubble.

So bog, please if you can chime in and help me understand. I tried searching and keep seeing that sour bubble comes from bogbubble. Really I do not want to stir the pot so to speak, but your comments above about lime flavor bubba kush have put me on edge a little with respect to the bogbubble packets I have. I truly hope this does not fall on deaf ears and comes through with the most pure of intentions.

Big ups to bog, have enjoyed your gear many years ago and will continue to do the same. Only looking for clarification to help sort my own time and space needs. Thank you in advance. If you read all of this I owe you a brew, lol. What a long comment for such a simple query.

I'm vaping some phine assed Sour Bubble, catchin up on IC - catch a line about SOUR BUBBLE and low what befalls my sight, but a post,,, make that RECENT POST from the BOG!!! - Greetings Ol Man! Good to se you stiring among the good folks , doing good things still.

I have a pack of Sour Bubble and Sour Lifesaver in line and a couple plants near harvest that are either Sour Bubble F2's from Head or Blockhead F2's from ??? (brainfart_)

I have one known Sour Bubble in my garden - she stalled for months -- wouldn't grow, didn't look unhealthy --- finally took a couple clones, - which took. than transplanted into a 3 gal pot and ler her rip - she did pretty good, ceartnly not a mid weight yeilder - at least not on the first run but hey - - better bud beats heavy every day! lol anyway

This Pheno of Sour Bubble is - very mellow smoke, with a hella --- oK,, good wallop. Not a stinker, but not without a funk of her own --
Samples I have out have all come back with good reviews.

I'll be back with pix in a day or two - Seems theres a few honey-do's piling up,,,,,

hey BOG, you da man! just wanted to let you know that I made myself a few crosses with some of your Sour Bubble , and LSD pollen... I am currently flowering them out now - they are about 10 days in, so when they start looking sexy, I will send you some pictures... I Crossed them both with these three strains:

1-"Flying Dutchmens - Blueberry skunk"

Here is a dry nug of some blueberry skunk that i grew out... I CANNOT WAIT to see it mixed with some sour bubble or LSD...

2-"Williams Wonder IX1" (REZ), I hope you dont mind me mating your offspring with REZ's... i always thought that a mix of both of your gene's would make some fantastic stuff... in about 50 or so days I shall see first hand...

The sour bubble was never crossed to any other. As I have always stated the sour bubble pheno was originally selected out of my Bogbubble bubblegum. But, that bubblegum was from seed and a cross of 2 indicas were used before I got those seeds and in fact Bogbubble was one of the first and finest BubbaKush's in existance at the time IMHO. I selected that lime kush pheno and with this clone and successive bx's . Sorry about any confusion.

I am making 2 versions of Sour Bubble seeds outdoors this year and several other kinds of seeds as well. Hope that this seed grow goes well this summer and so far it looks good. All plants planted from seeds (not the big plants in the orange pots) were planted May 18th.

The clones were started earlier indoors. I plan to do an outdoor grow thread soon but this will have to do for now.

Thanks for all your support and kind words. I am quite excited about all the plants I have growing outside this year under the Great GOD SOL. My plants all worship sunlight so perfect in its intensity.

Vegging my clones and seeds outdoors has been very interesting because it allows me to see how all my strains act in nature when the intense light of the great GOD is illuminating them so fine.

My virgins are light hogs and they just can't get enuf! These plants won't be virgins much longer actually but they don't even have pubes yet but they look pretty big. I started a bunch of sour bubble seeds and quite a few of several of my other strains.

I will eventually do an outdoor grow with BOG thread but just look at this superb Sour Bubble indica pheno. I could call this my "Ultimate Indica". Of course this baby could be a male.
