Usually bud like that will get you even more zooted than indoor hydro because it's grown in the sun and for the most part is based on skunk #1 & old colombian genetics, I have smoked outdoor mids that will put most pretty frosty shit to shame. Here in Germany a good street price for an ounce of nice weed is about 250$.
So growing is the best you can do here
