Exactly! If you have a doc who is compassionate, and unafraid, millions of Canadians would benefit in/directly.

Please deeply consider:

Follow the Californians; $50 a sig.

No limit to dosage, its well known that the doc is not responsible for prescribing the daily dosage.

Free Med's to terminal, class a, and those who qualify(the sick and poor)

Thank you.

Just a FYI, as Ive read a few folks talk about growing medical on a rental property, or a property they do not own.

You DO NOT need the signature of the property owner IF that property is your "Primary Residence"

Thanks. which part of my post do they consider sneaky?

A lot of people are starting similar "compassionate" business's.

I often wonder what is goin on inside HC and those in the loop. With many people stepping it up with compassion clubs, collectives, and larger medicinal grows, what is it leading to? I sense a big game changer happening soon. Should cannabis not be treated like all other drugs in canada? Products available in pharmacies, approved by the "Therapeutic Products Directorate" issuing NoC for different products from different companies? It is very much a free for all at the moment, I can't see that continuing. My only concern with changes is possible limitations on the amount of pharma companies allowed to compete in the market. If a company complies and follows the regs and rules(quality standards) then the market should be open to drive competition for quality and cost.

health canada was sneaky. i just thought that u needed a sig from a ll, d

Does anyone have any info about being a designated grower for someone when you are already growing for your own exemption? I called HC about it but was put on hold and couldn't stay on the line so I didn't get an answer. I hear that they originally didnt let it happen but now they might be??

Hi all,
First of all thanks for all the very informative information!
Knowledge is power.
I am awaiting my licence from HC and have a question, does HC come to your proposed location before they award you with a licence?

Thank you in advance...

no, they definitly do not.

dont quote me, but someone told me that their pay roll is 250,000 a year, withy the head director sitting at 90,000-125, 000 of that. then you have phone persons and filing agents. i wouldnt doubt its a very small section on the parliament lands in ottawa.

the only persons you will ever encounter are police officers doing investigations on you, becuase even they dont know you are certified to produce.

i just heard from a maple ridge city engineer that p[olice can only request info if they a- encounter a house and a license is shown or b- they have a warrant to search and can call 24 hrs before the execution of the warrant, just so they dont look like dumbasses raiding a leagl residence, d

I wish i could work up the courage to go, I am only 21 but that is old enough to know what is best for you. I live Castlegar bc and i've had the same doc for awhile and i have adhd, Iam pretty sure most people would rather smoke cannabis then take meth(ritalin) or any of that garbage. I remember back in high school i was starving but i wasn't hungry because of the meth and i also wasn't sleeping so i have been off of it for years and now i have adult adhd which is even worse, but when i use cannabis my head goes from being a nascar race of thoughts to my mind finally relaxing and thinking about only a couple things at once instead of a million. I'm pretty sure it would work my doc seems like a fairly up to date cool doctor. If i just tell him about how bad that meth is, iam sure he would agree sign the forms if not he can reffer me too a doctor in the next town, nelson which is a hippy pot smoking town. I also have asthma but i got an extreme q vaporizer and i could totally just go off about no carcinogeons and setting a preffered temp to get what you need (cbd) etc. Not to mention every compassion club i find online has adhd in the list and i've also read tons of research even a video on youtube of a doc from cali and he even has young patient on mj for adhd.
