Don't remember if I mentioned it here or another lost thread but, you can (sort of) watch ad free at ABC. When the show starts click the next chapter in the timeline. After the ad, when the show starts back up, click the next chapter. After the last ad set, click the beginning to watch with no ads.

Good advice, I'm glad I got into it before it was over, I don't think it would be the same if I already knew what was going on(finale) all the mysteries are what makes it fun.
Right from the start I couldn't wait to find out what was down that hatch, and what was crashing around the woods, etc....
exactly, the appeal of this show would be lost without the mystery/anticipation

I caught up and switched to watching episodes at abc online like 5 episodes into this season, got to see the first episode of this season one day before they took it off the site, I don't know why they limit access like that, maybe to promote rentals? netflix, etc....
yeah probably i think its some sort of broadcast agreement the networks have to abide by or something... everything on fancast/hulu is the latest 5 episodes too

yeah if you do the free trial for netflix, you can probably bang through the first 4 seasons before the subscription runs out maybe more if you do literally nothing but watch lost for the entire month
