I don't know I think grow nerd's advice is great. Just because he corrects your mistakes doesn't mean he's an asshole.
Just wondering if you can roast a marshmallow right next to all that. I bet it puts out a lot of heat right in that area.
apperantly so, that poor plant next to the ballasts apperantly had no chance...
his last post about the neg pressure is spot on, IMHO. with smell in flower its an issue in alot of areas....

you need to remove some of the leafs from the main stems up top to let light into the lower buds, get some canopy hight fans.. standup oscillating..fans..
they look good, buds are going to strech if leafs are all in the way...

He kept arguing with an electrician about how he wanted to run 3x 50A circuits underground to a guest house. Definately not code, but he was right, we were wrong, so just tell grow nerd what he wants to hear.
Plus he says he's planning on doing more houses the same way.

We told him that he was in real danger of burning down his fucking rental house, becasue electrical code exists for a reason.
Most every piece of code is there because someone's dumbass burned something down.
You know why I hope it is him that burns in the house, because he isn't going to uninstall the wiring when he leaves, and he isn't going to tell the future tenants that it is not code...
So it is up to the landlord to bring it into code, or not do shit (which is what 50%+ of landlords do), and let whoever moves in there next be in danger of burning alive.
Hopefully, he took some of my advice. "Try making friends with an Electrician" I told him.
If he plans on running 3x 8 lights, and he is too cheap to hire/befriend an electrician???

I've run wiring underground. You run it thru PVC...no different than running it thru PVC in your house. As long as he uses the proper gauge wiring, there won't be a fire...

Code exists for a reason.
And there are many an electrician on this site that would probably argue with you about it being no different than running PVC inside.
Sorry, thaniel, I got off track.
One thing you could try, if you still need air flow, is taking a canfan and ducting it into big irrigation tubes with the holes at the BORG, and slide them under the canopy. That would force air straight upwards, hopefully with enough pressure/movement to pierce the canopy.

He would have to pull permits to do this tho...and that might be the "real" issue. When the electrical to my shop/garage was run, it was done underground...and it passed inspection...and, beings it's a shop, I have 4 50 Amp fuses and the proper wiring...just saying....

At the point you are at in the grow, it really takes some finesse to light bleach the plants, not saying it isn't possible, but it takes being a dumbass like me and dropping them less than 6" above the canopy. For a few days, before I said "Hey, what is that yellowing from???"

never seen light bleaching outside under the biggest friggin HPS we got. except on actual bud.. chlorosis is a sign that plants are living off of their reserves instead of what they suck up from the roots in many cases, not all, but most of the time. week 3 is a critical week. gotta be on your A game. is there something you add like a pk booster or anything? do you reduce N any more than you did from your first 2 weeks of bloom feeds? again, a pic or 2 would be great.
