Reservation Labs Arizona Iced Tea was bred by me. It is named such based on the smell of the dried and cured cannabis.

They fucking reek in veg my friend I can't WAIT!! to get this run over with hahaha I had to top the RL gear cuz it was about to hit the lights lol I should have some nice bushes when it comes time to flower and then they are gonna go nuts!!! Plus I'm not fucking around with any odd mixes this time like I did this round using the Ginormous in weeks 1 and 2 of flowering is where I think I fucked my LB#5s up and it wasn't my tap water having too much Cal in cuz it's 54ppm! My nutrient profile is perfect I know exactly what my plants need and they are getting just what they want.. By the way my 14ml slam of Liquid Kool Bloom seemed to work like Rez's Powdered Kool Bloom slam from what I can see and I'm using 1.25ml of Liquid Kool Bloom all through week 7 for my final ripening push like I saw somebody say he did with Powdered Kool Bloom and really saw a increase in yield and resin

Getting better in here every week Thundurkel. Interesting reg. the PPM. for what it's worth, I have measured tap water in places like New York City, and it is like 30-44ppm and has a pH of about 6.6, so it's not uheard of. Good deal for you though. No lugging or pricey RO system FTW. Oh, on the subject as a sidenote, I also measured filtered water, both from a Mutli-Pure filter (not RO), and also a Brita just for shits and giggles, and they both caused the pH to drop a whole point! I found that rather surprising since I was pretty sure going with filtered water would be better, but nope, straight tap was the best in terms of pH and ppm, besides bottled distilled (6.8pH and ZERO ppm of course.)

Just remember here in sac they run water outta like 3 treatment plants! So be sure and check and re check before assuming anything over here!! You may get 45 ppm one day and that night they flip the switch and you start pouring 330ppm water!!

Thanks that's what a buddy of mine here said so I've been checking daily.. I think I'm gonna get a big 50gal drum like that Ebb and Grow thing and fill it up while my water is low in 48-61ppm cuz that's what it's been so far and that way when I catch the ppms going up over night I'll have the drum full of low ppm water and it'll probably take me enough time to use it and when I run out the tap water will be back down? What do you think BluntOpotomus?

Yea? That's not bad I just don't want to have anyone see me lug that much water here to my apt lol and no car they would see hahaha! I'm going to get the Water Maker Mini which is a counter top RO system you hook up to your sink faucet and can make 20gpd and that's more than enough for me! Plus I've seen it on sale online for $90!! Maybe that would work good for you too?

Thanks man, I'm trying to be better each run so I appreciate the comment just think what I'll be like with a PH pen too!! hahaha All my grows up to now have been with no PPM Pen and no PH Pen just my General Hydroponics PH Test Kit with the dropper which helped me out a lot. So I know when I can make sure I know what my PH is I'll be on point! The only reason I had problems this run is cuz I fucked with the formula and upped my Bloom too early also used Ginormous at 1.25ml a gal through week 2 which I'm pretty sure is what caused my burn on the tips of my leaves..

Ok everybody today was day 49 of flowering for everybody but the Blueberry which is at 40days of flowering and I'm hoping it fattens up in the next 2 weeks cuz I want to harvest the BB at 8 weeks so I can pull down the rest at 9 weeks and a few days but anyways on with the show!

I got a mom of each going and I've flowered one of the Merlins I got but my Mom came in my room when I was fucking with my plants and caused me to drop my GG that I was vegging out to flower in the CFL cab for shits and giggles with the MM and it fucking broke at the soil line what I caught it!!! Oh I was pissed cuz it's slow to veg so I haven't been able to clone it yet but I have taken a cut of the MM and it roots easily and vegges faster GG but I'm keeping them both for quite a while. The MM I have in flower smells JUST LIKE the Grape Kush I get from SHHC on 10th which I thought was kinda weird cuz it's like dead on that shit!

Those beans sound interesting I can't wait to run my new gear from Reservation Labs and then I have some other crosses from a private breeder that are a limited edition cuz the dad is dead and they are gonna be NICE!! So this year is gonna be fun and I got 2 males to get pollen from and make some beans to send into seedbay!

So the water will be even purer, but you will have to adjust your nute mix as well. Just a heads up! Happy growing man.

I would think the ppm would go UP when the water evaporates. The water evaporates, the solids don't, so the concentration of solids will RISE when the water lowers.

I leave my tap water out for 24-48 hours and the ppm goes down so I dunno what's goin on there lol I'm thinkin that a certain chemical is evaporating and not others, I know I've read that leaving the tap water out helps get some nasties out of the water... maybe chlorine? I forget. But yea after a while it will just be the water evaporating and the chemicals that dont evaporate will cause the PPM to go up so you're correct on that.

Urkel, I got a couple Qs since I got to go back thru your thread and catch up a lil bit (only went back to page 25 or so lol)

1. You say you're using Ready Gro Moisture, and that its formulated for watering once a day. So what's stopping you from just watering once a day rather than 3 times?
2. How often are your feedings?
3. Since can be treated as either a hydro or soilless medium, would you say that your formulas would be safe to use in a hydro system? A lot of it is organic nutes and I know some hydro systems dont like how thick those can be I was just wondering since I don't have any experience with those nutes you're using.

I think a recirculating system would definitely help you.. if you have a rubbermaid already I'm surprised you dont get a little drain table and just ghetto a recirc already haha all u need is a pump, some hoses and connectors (and a timer of course).. especially with watering 3x a day! shits lookin good tho, no criticism from me if what you're doin is working, we're all just lookin for that happy medium of easy/convenient and efficient/maximum yield growing!

Yea I think what I'm going to do this next run is use my 18gal Rubbermaid tub for a rez and have my Air Pots sitting in 10x20" trays with drippers but I need to figure some things out cuz I don't want to have humidity problems with standing water in trays in the tent so I need to figure a way to get it recirculating or drain to waste but in a way that drains that water through a hose going outside the tent into a Rubbermaid on wheels OR!! Just thought this a Ice Chest with wheels! That could would and just dump it daily ... I know the mix of nutes I use don't clog lines cuz they are like GH 3part pretty much and my mix is for drain to waste I don't know how it will do in a recirculating system if I do all that I may have to just switch to H&G nutes but I love CES so far...

you could put drain attachments on the tray like an ebb and flow table has. you dont even need to put the res outside the tent, just underneath the tray (unless height would be an issue) and if you cant put it under than you could have a pump inside the tray that pumps all the runoff out and back into the res.. just some ideas! peace
